Brilliant service. very quick

Excellent service as allways and very fast delivery of first class artificial grass. This was our second purchase from Express grass and have no hesitation in recommending this company for all your artificial grass needs.

Fast efficient delivery. Driver very pleasant.

Selection and ordering process was good. However, after deliberately selecting the 3-4 day delivery option, the item was delivered in half the time. Faster delivery isn’t normally something to complain about, but on this occasion it meant the astroturf was left rolled up for much longer and therefore trickier to lay due to the edges curling upwards.

Been waiting 3 weeks for the grass still not arrived I feel like I’m being lied to when asking about delivery you just can’t seem to put it on a van and deliver it for some reason very poor company your even asking for help taking it off the van if it ever arrives it’s going in an outdoor seating area at one of our bars and currently can’t use the seating area until it has arrived so we’ve lost a lot of money due to your delay also won’t deliver it unless there’s people to help which is very cheeky considering we’ve already arranged days for it to be delivered so we can be there to help but you’ve let us down and not delivered it we can’t spend 3 weeks waiting for something that’s not turning up when we have other sites to be at up and down the country

Recently purchased 2xArtificial hedge, goods arrived ahead of the anticipated delivery date which was good. Slight damage to wooden trellis but all could be hidden without any detrimental effect to the display. Would recommend this product and the company.

I’m Absolutely shocking. They left the grass on a busy pavement and someone has removed it and now they are refusing to give me my money back. It clearly states in their T & C's that it must be signed for and no one was in to sign for it.

Express Grass thank you for your reply which doesn't solve anything so let me remind you once again of what your T & C's state. They state that items "MUST BE SIGNED FOR" Please provide proof of signature.

Thank you for your reply but just for clarity for anyone reading this I would like to point out what was discussed and why a replacement wouldn’t work. You are right you did offer a replacement the following week but as I communicated in my e mails, my daughter was not going to be at home as she works in an office and needs to request to work from home to receive deliveries or arrange for someone to be in. Then we were going on a family holiday for 2 weeks so it was just painful to try and coordinate an appropriate time over the next few weeks.
Lastly in regards to your comment about proving proof of theft. I shared pictures of the flat entrance demonstrating that it has a restaurant and coffee shop either side so leaving something this big, blocking the pavement and on a very busy road is just asking for someone to remove it or steal it. In addition you really believe that consumers can actually catch thieves in the act and prove this. For your customer service team to suggest this is in appropriate. Where I work we see customer service as a fundamental part of our success and therefore avoid sarcastic, in appropriate comments like this. This says a lot about your company.

I ordered a 4m x 4.1m offcut and that was what I received. The delivery was as specified,on time.
The grass was for on my decking and it looks great. My wife and I are so pleased with the result.

I am so glad I got Chris and his workers to lay my fake grass. They said it wd take 2 days and it did. They worked tirelessly and tidied up any mess. They were very friendly and kept me informed of what they were doing. I highly recommend Chris and his team. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service in advance with email. Because of living abroad I had to use the pick up service which worked very well.
Service during pick up was also excellent and more surprised with the option to have the lawn sweaper with continental European electricity plug.

Very prompt delivery. Very happy with grass quality. I've used Deofill as I have a dog and the last piece of artifical grass was ruined due to dog pee stench! Im hoping this PU backed grass, shorter length plus, the Deofill resolves forever as I will this time, make sure to 'water' to dilute after a pee. Recommend this company.
