One star is actually too much. Order looks like nothing in the pictures arrived one week late and looks nothing like the pictures. Requested refund got told I would have to pay 80 pound return fee what a joke.. had to get ebay involved to get refund. Beware of these doggy cats.

I tried to order from this company, but the Paypal service failed at their end. Contact is impossible. They do not reply to emails and the phone number is wrong. Avoid them.

I have tried to order from here today. I think it is also known as. Mr Nets curtains.They do not answer emails and the phone line does not exist. I had got as far as Paypal, then it suggests to try again later

Absolutely awful company. If I could of given a 0 star review then I would. I order from them over a month ago and I've still not received my products. I have sent them numerous emails and had no response. I rang the number that I found on their website and the lady put the phone down on me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Such a shame this company no longer exists. Done a bulk order of made to measure nets a couple of years ago and they all arrived with no issues whatsoever. Now there's a rip in one of the nets so I wanted to replace it only to find this company isn't trading anymore. I bought an alternative net from a well known online net curtain company but the quality and feel of the net doesn't even compare to the ones this company did. Very disappointed as I now can't find the same pattern net curtain.

I have ordered 5 times now from Express Nets as I needed the same pattern for all the holiday homes on our park. Whilst the nets were fine, the delivery was slow and the communication non-existent. I have been requesting VAT invoices now since February (4 months) and apart from a couple of promises, have received nothing. You can't speak to anyone, as they don't pick up the phone, so email is the only option.
I have now found another company who sell the same design and will be shopping elsewhere in future.

I wouldn't recommend this company. They took 15 days to deliver (hardly express!) and only gave an update on my order after I threatened cancellation. Out of 3 curtains delivered, 1 was perfect, 1 had a black mark which looked like oil and 1 was 1.5 inches shorter than the other 2! The company said they would have the soiled curtain and attempt to clean it for us (so making them 2nd hand) and suggested that maybe the short curtain was right and the other 2 were wrong! They only responded to our complaint after posting on Facebook and didn't respond to an email.

No quality control, no customer service and no complaints procedure. Avoid!

I ordered my net curtains with the lovely girl over the phone, who was so helpful and she sent out the samples to us really quickly for us to decide.

She sent me samples of the cleo and the Simone net curtain, and to be honest I was expecting them to take ages to arrive like the last company I ordered samples from but they were here in just a couple of days.

I chose the lovely cleo net curtains as they go perfectly with my decoration, I ordered them with side hems to my exact window measurements last friday morning and am glad to say they were here by wednesday thanks to the speedy shipping option.

They are perfect and stop the peeping toms at the bus stop looking into my bungalow
