Poor response to an incomplete order
Ordered for 3 vehicles on 25th November and received only 2 parts of the order 3 days later. Tried to make contact several times with no response. Eventually someone responded on their Facebook Business page and said they would get back to me. I had to chase again and got a email reply with an apology and that my order would be fulfilled asap. Still nothing and it’s now November 3rd missed my mot because I needed the number plate so had to rebook but I don’t know when the plate will turn up and I’m trying to sell the bike but has no mot!
Used them before and I get they are busy but this is poor by most standards. You’re only as good as your last job the saying goes. Don’t think I’ll use again given the response to a problem.

Never received my plates
Never received my plates . Issue with Royal Mail but then there was no urgency to fix the issue from Express number plates . There is no contact number to speak to anyone. The word Express did not exist. Very disappointing.

Bad quality plates
Bad quality plates, had to request a replacement and still arrived damaged. I didn't bother anymore... now they're spamming marketing emails.

Please avoid this company
Please avoid this company, I ordered my plates and sent the documentation and they were quick to reply to say all ok and they will be proceeding with my order, 2 days later and my plates turn up blank they didn’t bother printing anything on them, I have emailed them a couple of times to try and rectify this but have not received any response and as they have no phone number, I’ll be speaking to my bank about claiming my money, absolute nightmare as the plates were a present and I checked the reviews before purchasing, wish I went with another company now.
