Your store manager Matthew McDade
Your store manager, Matthew McDade, is by far the best person I have ever dealt with on any issue involving my truck. I live on the other side of town and will continue to drive to his store in order to deal with Matt. He is courteous and genuinely cares about his customers and their satisfaction. Unless I move to Mars, I will continue to go out of my way just in order to deal with him and his crew. If there is ever a spot for a promotion, he is your man!!. Just let me know where he relocates so I can drive to his location

I am very happy with the service I received at the Allen location on Watters Road.
I brought in my 2015 Chevy Traverse because it was shaking badly whenever I applied the brakes. Rick Adame was extremely helpful in figuring out what was wrong and getting everything set up. Eduardo did an excellent job with the repairs. I never felt pressured in the process at all.
My Traverse has been running incredibly smoothly. We've been driving it for the past few weeks and it's running better than it has in a long time.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, expertise, and great customer service provided by the team at the Allen store. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

I came in for an oil change, and I believe Romacccz was the one who helped me. He was extremely polite, professional, and very informative. With how busy they were, I was still in and out in about 10 minutes. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change and any other services I need. The prices are very reasonable, and everyone there is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
