Ryan at Express Oil Change in Brandon/Valrico was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. He checked all my vehicle’s fluids, thoroughly inspected everything, and checked my tires as well. I especially appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service from someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job.
I highly recommend Express Oil Change in Brandon, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Ryan. Excellent service and an honest professional!

I called to see if it was busy, Moe (the manager) said “ we are never too busy to provide customer service”! His great attitude and customer service continued when I got to the store. He gave me all the options, was clear about costs and time, and even found a coupon we could use to lower my bill. I will definitely be back! Thanks Moe for a quick and professional oil change and car check up!

I had a coupon for 50% off of a…
I had a coupon for 50% off of a conventional oil change that they advertised on their website which brought the price to $29.99. The Perkins Road location would NOT honor the coupon or the listed price and wanted to charge me over $60. Be aware if their false advertisements and ask BEFORE they do the oil change and then all of a sudden your $30+tax oil change is twice their advertised price. I do not recommend using them.
