Perfect from start to finish!
Whom ever own’s this location is doing something right!!! Every employee I had contact with was professional, courteous, and thoughtful. I was asked 3 or 4 times if I needed water. I walked outside the office for a moment and was asked if I need anything, “ can I help you”. No one was standing around talking about anything other than the task at hand. No one was on there personally phone chatting with partner. Every employee was fast focused on the task at hand. Working, giving updates to customers, greeting new customers, and providing customer with car when complete. Employee seemed focused. No attitude,No complaining! Nothing less than professional, courteous , efficient and thorough. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced employees this proactive. It’s almost as if they own the business. Very Impressed ! Thank you for your great attitude and Service. I will be back.
