I gave 3 stars only because if you rate lower, no one seems to read or respond. Honestly, I wish there was an option for negative ratings, like -5 stars. I don’t believe there are any real humans in... See more

This service is a scam
This service is a scam. They charge you a fee misleading you that it would be the cost to unlock your phone, they then do a scan and ask for a large fee to actually unlock.
Do not use
Do not use, after charging £11.99, they then ask for £26 completion fee, do not use.
I placed an order for unlock of S24…
I placed an order for unlock of S24 Ultra with order number 12473642 last Oct 21. It's now Oct 30 the status is still "In process with Samsung" and the progress is stuck at 99% for the past 6 days already. I emailed the other day but no reply yet, also posted a support ticket a number of times and I get standard reply "be assured we are working...".
I have two phones and one is already…
I have two phones and one is already unlocked. I sent them the unlocked phone by mistake and they came back and told me I need to pay $100 more to unlock it. I refuse to pay $100 and asked for refund but they refused and sent me an email with a code said the phone is unlocked. It is dishonest.
Absolute scam ,pay Google to get top of…
Absolute scam ,pay Google to get top of the search results my partner thought she was on genuine ee website as that's what she googled , very shameless practice AVOID!!! AVOID!!!
Total scam
Total scam.
Pointless to be use.
They are not doing their jobs.
This company scams people first with a low payment and afters with a bigger payment.
Totally unacceptable and a full lie to consumers.
Please avoid this company it’s a waste of time and money.
Call directly your old phone line provider and they will be more forwards and free to help you. Not involving money.
What a waste of time and money.
Terrible. Legal actions will be taken against this company.
Scammers
Scammers. Avoid at all costs. Flat refusal to refund £11.99 when I realised the total cost would be close to £40. No clarity on pricing. Basically theft.
I wouldn't recommend express unlocks to anyone
I paid the $28.99 to unlock a galaxy s24, then was told it would be another $50.00. I paid it, got a code with instructions, I've been trying it since. 11:30 pm last night, it's now 12:23 pm. I've been trying to get they're " live support. 24-7" and cannot even get an acknowledgement from them. I've tried 15 times, literally to get help.... Nothing...
I wouldn't recommend express unlocks to my worst enemy. They're a scam. That's it....
Same as the rest
Same as the rest, daylight robbery. Paid 'in total' £44 (not the £9.99 on the advert title) to find out it will take 3 days, rather than 6 hours advertised.
My favourite part is the stupid countdown timer with the percentage inreasing like this is being worked on, it must make them laugh so hard all us fools fall for it, its merely a timer for when someone can be bothered to do what it turns out I could of done FOR FREE by simply calling my carrier, without the long wait.
They host various other websites with slight changes & different names mopping up as much dirty money as they can.
The reviews they show on their website are all fake meant to look like Trustpilot reviews, notice the stars are Circles not Squares! hmm.
Ive reported the Google Ad, just click the 3 little dots next to the ad, & I suggest others do also!
And if you want to unlock your phone, just call your service supplier.
Horrible scammers rip off merchant…

What an absolute scam. This should not be allowed.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid £49.99 to be told after 7 days it cannot be unlocked and my money is held as a credit note. Fraudsters
Beware of This Scam Company!
Beware of This Scam Company!
I recently had a terrible experience with a expressunlocks, once I paid the initial fee, they demanded an additional £38 to "finish the unlock" process. This extra charge was never mentioned upfront, and I felt completely misled.
I would strongly advise against using their services
Do not use!
Do not use. Just a rip off with no visibility of the extra cost they ask for after paying the initial £11.99.
This business needs to be taken down. Disgusting behaviour.
Its a scam
Its a scam. They just get a money but couldnt unlock my phone to other network
Worse company every, hidden costs
What a scam. I sent an online request 4 times to cancel the order as I paid already £11.99 and there was a hidden cost of £26 which was revealed after they took £11.99. They are refusing to cancel my unlocking order despite the consumer rights. The customer service is the worse I ever seen in my life. DONT ORDER TO UNCLOCK YOUR PHONE WITH THEM. I will follow with a complaint in obsusman
WARNING - Price to unlock is misleading (at best)
Whilst unlocking was pretty easy and fast to do, don’t be fooled into thinking that it will only cost £11.99, as shown on clicking the unlock link. This £11.99 is to pay for step 1 only, the pre-unlock checks. Once complete, they then advise that the £11.99 is non-refundable and you are required to pay a further £26 to complete the unlock. Pretty sharp practice at best and far from transparent. This is apparently shown in the small print that I def saw no sight of throughout the process. I hate feeling ‘had’ which I most definitely now feel.
They charged 25.00 which I thought was…
They charged 25.00 which I thought was for the unlock codes, only to ask for another 50.00 to give me the codes. This is a scam. My husband thinks they took additional money as well.
Ive just used these guys as wanted to…
I've just used these guys as wanted to change provider and needed to unlock phone, spoke to Vodafone to tell them what I was trying to do, didn't tell me they could do for free, so was very anoded with them as didn't really explain to me what I needed to do and then looked on Internet to see how you do this, plenty of companies out there all covering same service so thought I was doing the wright thing charge you price of £11.99 to unlock and then want more, problem is youve already paid some so what do you do, walk away or pay the £26.99 they then ask for. Any did pay as had no signal at time and phone was out of action but did then work and all sorted in 1 hour. My real problem is with Vodafone but these guys take advantage 😫
Is this a SCAM??…
They claim to unlock your phone for a modest fee of £11.99. They then require a further £48.99.
You are supplied with unlock codes that do not match the instructions given to unlock the phone. If you complain they demand £34 to address each complaint.
My bill is £119.00 or they they have threatened to block my phone and make it unusable. What do you think??
