Great support! When a picture of an item I wanted to purchase looked silver but the description said gold, they were kind and sent a better picture.
I have found this company to be great at communicating and I always receive a picture of the item to review before they ship.

I tried to order several times with different credit cards I know are good. I couldn’t complete the transaction.
I tried calling the customer service number several times during 2 days at different times of day; the phone rang until it disconnected me.
Very concerned on if they have my CC#s now.
Stay away.
