in the photo of Mickey Mouse Gucci was look nice but in real sheets they were terrible. You can get sore to the eyes if you stare at the Gucci printed cuz it was very blurry. Cheap quality of printing. when i asked them for return or exchange by sent them to this company but they keep asking and asking me to send photo again and again. they had this sheets at their company why don't they take a look on a quality of printing as i claimed? they seem helping by asking if i need any help but when i asked them for help they didn't do anything. this is the differences between purchasing stuff from some china company and Amazon. They are way too far from Amazon Standard. No wonder why Amazon is the most rich company in the world coz their stardard is unbeatable. please look carefullly if you want to purchase the sheets here coz you will never get return,refund or exchange as same as you put banana in the elephant's mouth, they will not gonna return banana to you.

Item never arrived. I tried to getab refund and they stopped emailing me back. Will do a charge back on them.

I still haven’t received my confirmation email that my product has been shipped I’ve been waiting for over a month now extremely disappointed as this was a gift to my mom for Christmas.

Worst product ever I got my order yesterday it seems as thou they are shipping my duvet cover separately...trash very upset as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter.

I did not receive my order. The customer service number is always busy. I received an “auto response” to my email at customer support.

I purchased a duvet cover November 20th and item never shipped. Called multiple times phone just rings until you eventually get a busy tone. Emailed on November 28th and recieved automated message stating due to large submission requests they are behind and will get back to me as soon as possible. Other then asking to be reviewed/rated I haven't actually had any form of communication as to why 21 days later all I have is lost money and time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I’ve been trying to reach customer service for over a week and a half , a few emails, Facebook message and their website contact us option and nobody is bothering to reach back all I want to know is where my order that I paid for more then 2 weeks ago is

First of all the the size had to match my bedding. Several other services didn't get there, but one of Exrain sizes matches perfect. When ordering I understood that I will have to wait as products are being prepared after order. The package came to Riga, Latvia in 1,5 moths. The product is in a very good quality - worth the high price. By the title image I thought that bed sheet will be in gray color, but it came printed with the same picture what actually is nice. The material feels great - soft. I contacted support for washing advice as I didn't find it within the product & they quickly responded. I am going to order several more sets.

I received my Gucci set and was very pleased the only down fall is that the flat sheet is really small not true to size for a queen bed im all ready looking to buy another one i like it so much you wont. Be disappoint.i love it.👍🏾👍🏾

Do NOT purchase a single product from this company! I ordered some bedding and it's cheap, colors are tacky, and they came damaged. I have been trying to return the items and they don't send return labels or return address to return for my refund! TRASH SCAM BUSINESS
