I'm so glad I found this a couple of years ago! This company has helped me better my credit by close to 100 points. Their support is fast and efficient, often resolving issues at first contact!

They take way to long to draft the money out of your account and will leave you in the negative. Be careful. Definitely not worth the $25 monthly membership fee. And they will not refund your monthly membership fee if you don't cancel before 30 days. It's in the terms and conditions of the fine print. I learned the hard way.

Their very polite and respectful they even game me a extension till Friday to make a payment I'm glad this app has credit building

I just joined with extra a few weeks ago so I have not seen any changes on my credit report yet but I am looking forward to it! As far as everything else, they get 5 stars from me. The customer service is so awesome! They are very responsive and seem to genuinely care about helping with any questions I have. The debit card came in the mail quick and I can use it pretty much everywhere! The point system is a really cool feature as well! So far I've have a top tier experience!

The extra team takes extra care, yes, pun intended in making sure that all questions are answered and fulfilled to the highest level! I have no problem reaching out and getting a response within a reasonable time! I look forward to working with this team on a more consistent basis!

Great experience thus far. Definitely helped to improve my credit score so that I could purchase my condo! I will continue to utilize its credit building functionality and I have recommended it to my younger cousins or anyone else in need of building their credit.

Having extra has made my credit score, go up and has helped me learn how to budget my money and is a good way to use debit plus have your credit score rise

Not only does this card help build credit, it’s accepted nearly everywhere. They are so responsive and helpful if you have any issue and resolve it right away. My favorite thing about this card is you earn points which you can use for gift cards. It’s a MasterCard so it’s accepted everywhere and isn’t like a credit card with interest but same earning potential.

They are understanding and patient. Also try to keep things under control. Really quick to help, but the results take a bit of time to show, besides that really good help.

I just joined this month so far everything’s going great had an issue in the beginning understanding how the card works was updated by a member very well of the process. I look forward to building my credit with Extra!
