beware of this debit card if you use it, you have to pay it back right away. If you can't pay it back, they will ruin you. They will make your credit score drop as much as 70 points.

"Actually Improving My Credit!"

What makes my experience great with Extra, is magnificent customer service, when something unexpected happens! Such as, if my bank balance has not been updated, but the money is there, I contact concierge, and always, always, received topnotch assistance! What I like best about Extra, my credit score results!!!

I’ve actually fallen in love with this…

I’ve actually fallen in love with this card! It’s basically a debit card that lets you earn points and the reward shop has really good options to chose from. Saving my points for a $50 target gift card. Customer service was phenomenal as well!

I had the best experience with one of your representatives.I could not figure out how to fix my account at all. Marivic was so nice patient & fixed my problem!!

Can't go wrong!

It's been an all around great card to use, the rewards system is nice and any issues I've had (which have been very few) have been resolved in a very timely manner.

Must have!

As someone who is looking to manage his budget, the Extra card really helps with that. I have reached out to customer service more than I have with any other company and they have been more than helpful to all of my needs. I have been using Extra for over a year now and it is my default card of choice!

very bad customer service do not solve…

very bad customer service do not resolve 1 problem for in 2 months, you have to wait 3 to 4 days to get one response.
they debit my bank account twice but did not refund extra money to my account finely i gave up and ask to close my membership.
