Ordered some food grade ethanol an it came within a week for some reason weather it be the currier or a mix up with the amount i Ordered i was 4 bottles short i emailed exstract labs an the quickly sent me my missing bottles with an additional x2 bottles as a good will gesture excellent customer service and a geat product

Great product, great price. The packaging was very impressively safe. I had a small problem which was dealt with promptly. They went above and beyond. I would recommend this company to others and will be happily using them again

I bought some "Extraction Grade" Ethanol supposedly distilled from grain. It does not smell like grain source alcohol like Spirytus or Everclear, it smells like its from other sources. The bottle claims it has passed Gas Chomatography testing, so I have requested the test results, but have had no response.

The contact email address provided in PayPal sent me down a rabbit hole. This company (now extract-lab.co.uk) is linked with liquidessences.co (formerly liquidessence.co), which was subject to a trading standards investigation, revealing that their food grade ethanol was medical grade. The name of the PayPal account "Magical Candle Light" doesn't bring up anything in search. None of the company names link to any limited company on Companies House.

I haven't received my order, and they didn't respond to the email. No phone or address details.

Still havent received goods emailed many many times no reply and no telephone either. What is going on ??

Great quality product delivered in good time.

Over a month late and excuse was wrong postcode but we filled the form in online with the correct postcode so how that happened is a bit strange...

I purchased Organic Ethanol 99.9% which arrived very quickly.

Comes from a reliable, professional UK supply.

The odour released from this product is completely pleasant, unlike that from Isopropyl Alcohol.

I will only be using this product in the future.

Great supplier of solvents.
A certificate of independant analysis would get 5 stars, as the existing analysis details are vague. Still a useful product for me, even without this.

It is now 2 weeks since I ordered from this company, I have sent 6 emails with only 1 reply, which was patronising and to waste time, I have tried cancelling, they refuse to reply. I tried cancelling the payment at the bank but will have to wait a further 2 weeks, their tracking app from P2G never works and I ended up ordering from another firm, which came in 3 days, Never trust a company you can,t phone and say that they "aim" to answer emails within 24 hrs. What a joke. These people treat their customers with utter contempt once they have their money. Still have no way of knowing if I,ve been ripped off, I can,t find them on Company House. Avoid at all costs!!!
UPDATE!!! Hours after posting this I received an email from Parcel2Go saying another parcel is on its way, BUT it says it,s only 8cm x 8cm x 32cm and is PLASTIC POLISH. That is not what I ordered and have sent another 2 emails. No reply, Parcel should be arriving 4 days time. This is a nightmare.
UPDATE 2!!! IT,S A SCAM DO NOT USE!! HAVE REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD!!
UPDATE 3,!! when I posted last update I recieved a refund email with apologies,be 3 to 5 days,no name.No refund no replies! Like I said I,ve reported to action fraud.THIS IS 100% SCAM.
