Good fan, straightforward to install. Happy days so far.
Delivery through third party - would be improved if an eta had been included. Instead I just got a message on the day from the carrier.

Works as advertised
Purchased based on reviews online, fairly straightforward to install, only issue for me was identifying the appropriate power supply as I wanted to run the fan from a separate switch . Fan works as advertised, clears the shower room of steam and is fairly quiet as I installed it on sound absorbing pads

Unfortunatly the fan was fitted but the humming noise of the fan did not sit well with my tinitus so i had to have it taken back out.

Avoid this company...............
There is a review on the 10 February 2025 by a customer who states that his bad review of a product has not been shown for the product on the website. The exact same issue happened with a review for a TORNADO TT100PROT fan I submitted. The review has not been shown. As stated by the other client this is why all the reviews are 5*. This is shocking, deceptive and conning customers. The product I purchased is not good and has serious issues. I am a Consultant Electrical Engineer with decades of experience. A company which operates in this manner is very unprofessional and is obtaining business by false means. I have a screen shot of the review I submitted which includes the acknowledgement the company sent to confirm they received it. Potential customers should avoid this company.

Much cheaper than from electrical supplier
Looking at a fan that the electrician said would be £400 from his usual supplier. Had to be a direct replacement, so great to find it here at nearly half the price.

The fitting details from VentAxia on the fan are very bare bones. The fitting details with the window kit are non-existent.
