awesome selection and great to work with

Outstanding Supporting Cast at the company. Promote order turnaround as well!

Decided to go with this company as i came across it in my search. Found some tires i liked and placed my order. Everything went fine and tires showed up in a timely manner with no problems. I took them up to my tire guy to mount and balance them. They proceeded to show me that the tires had a 10 year old date code on them. Be cautious and ask about the year of the tires. Other than the date code everything was fine.

I would not ever recommend using this company. I was told a rim was in stock ready to ship and I would have it in a few days. The product was not in stock they shipped it by truck from California. It took 3 weeks to get everything and of course it was damaged. It looked like the rims fell out of the factory boxes. During this time I was giving no useful help other then let's see what happens. Now I'm told I may not be able to get a refund because it's not there fault. There action is to send more rims across county and see what happens. I can't wait another 3 weeks and cross my fingers it makes it. I was also sold lugnuts they couldn't get . Then I had to switch to another style only to receive the complete wrong ones and guess what... I ask for a refund and I'm told we will have to see. I call to talk to a manager and Im told they only have customer service... the person Im dealing with currently. Zero help and zero accountability. I thought I was dealing with a local wisconsin company to me but it's a faceless drop ship company that doesn't care at all about customers.

I did not get the correct wheels that I ordered now I need to find out how to send them back and get the correct ones

This was by far the lowest price on the set of tires I got. The only weird thing about it was, I ordered from here but the shipping labels had a different company name on them. I had looked at this other company for the tires but they were a little higher in price. Doesn't really matter to me I guess. I got the tires I wanted at a great price.

Ryan went above and beyond to help me finding exactly what I wanted for my truck. After placing my order it shipped surprisingly fast and was packaged very well. I couldn’t be more pleased with Extreme Customs. This was my fourth order from them and every order has been a great success and experience.

I have had the best experience with buying my new rims and tires. The customer service was phenomenal. When the TPMS wouldn't sync to my truck, they gave me the phone number to call and Nick was so helpful. They were able to send me a loaner tool to get them sync'd took 5 minutes and it was done. I highly recommend Extreme Customs from start to finish.

Extremely Disappointed – False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service

I ordered from Extreme Customs and was completely let down at every step. They advertise a military discount, but that’s simply not true. I logged in through my verified veteran account, and the pricing was exactly the same as when I wasn’t logged in—no discount whatsoever. On top of that, they claim to provide lug nuts with their wheels, but when my order arrived, there were none included. My vehicle was already torn apart, so I had to run to O’Reilly’s and buy a set just to finish the job.

When I called to address these issues, I received some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The representative was rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he told me he was the “highest up” and refused to transfer me—then hung up on me.

This entire experience was beyond frustrating. Between the false advertising, missing parts, and lack of professionalism, I will never purchase from Extreme Customs again and will make sure to warn others who are considering them. There are plenty of other companies that actually stand by their word and value their customers—this one clearly doesn’t.
