Arrived on time and did a good job
Called before the visit to remind me of the booking, called on the day to give me a time when the guy would arrive - and he did - on time!
Nice guy, knew what he was doing and was proud of his work.

Helpful and efficient staff
The member of the office staff who arranged the visit was very polite and helpful. On the day of the visit we had a phone call to that the cleaner was on his way. The cleaner was very polite and efficient. He made an excellent job cleaning our appliances.
