Editing my review. My emails were lost in spam and the website help me figure out my sizing. The dress is lovely in person, so I am glad the sizing worked out.

Ordered a jacket,was too big. Returned for an exchange. Over 2weeks later not heard a thing back despite sending 2 E Mails and leaving a message to be contacted on Instagram. No refund,no jacket. Out of pocket by £40. First time I’ve used the site,will be the last.

Dress was beautiful and the shipping time was not to long.

Skirt pattern is completely off on back side. Sent message and photos and no response

The dress is really amazing and fits perfectly !!! You just have to adjust the straps and lace at the back. It arrived in 6 days in Paris and I really love it. Got so many compliments !

Really loved my dress and got lots compliments from it. Deliver just in time for my holiday!!!!!

The experience was great for a multitude of reasons.

Firstly, finding my size was very easy with the way the layout of the website is. The option for cup sizes as well was extremely helpful and made me more hopeful about the dress.

The checkout process was very straightforward, with the 15% off being a great addition.

Lastly, delivery was quick, with the option to track my order being very handy. The packaging was also very clean, with the opening of it being very efficient.

Overall I am thrilled with my experience with extro and vert and will definitely be buying from them in the future!

I decided to send my order back, I received confirmation from the postal company that my parcel had been delivered back to Extro&Vert on Monday 2nd September. I have not had an email from the company to say they have received my return, nor have I had a refund. I have reached out to customer service twice and again have had no reply. I'm so disappointed, what a terrible experience. My order number was

The dress came super fast, the packaging was so cute. I would definitely be shopping with them again. The quality, the fabric is amazing. I thought I was going to need some altering of the dress but the length first great. 10/10 for me.

The dress is lovely, vibrant colour just as shown in the pictures. It fits great, the only thing I’d recommend is for the corseted back to be slightly longer, as the mid to lower back is rather loose which seems a bit odd when everything else is tighter fitting. This isn’t that noticeable though so it shouldn’t be a major issue, were u to consider buying it.

The clothing was great quality. I was really surprised, Definitely read the size chart though, I accidentally ordered many things in a size too big.

absolutely no reply for weeks about my return - tracking has said this was recieved but no reply for CS or response on email or instagram - will be taking this to court for my refund

If you cant to return the item because it doesn't fit you, the shipping fees are yours. The shipping fees from an EU country to the UK was more than 20€!
So you're stuck with your unfitting garment.
