The filament quality is excellent, but unfortunately, the company’s service leaves much to be desired:
1. Delivery delays have occurred multiple times, with promised lead times not being met.
2. Their limited working hours make it challenging to get in touch with customer support.
3. A package sent to Germany was lost. While they resolved the issue by sending a replacement (a positive point), ever since I contacted them, I’ve been receiving spam calls from Austria, which is highly frustrating.
