The refreshing facial left my skin feeling renewed, while the aromatic back massage with hot stones was deeply relaxing. The hot jacuzzi bath with sea salt and aromatic soap was the perfect end to a blissful experience!

I had an amazing experience with my manicure and pedicure at Exuviance wellness. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. both treatments was exceptional. My nails look absolutely stunning. The whole experience was pure bliss, and I left feeling completely pampered. I Will definatly come back 😍

Our experiences at Exuviance wellness was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was calming, and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. The staff was warm and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. I left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended

I got a mani (60') and a pedi(70') coupon from dowtown app.

Manicure contained:
1) Hand bath (she splashed some water on my fingers after step 4)
2) Filing and polishing of nails (never happened)
3) Cuticle treatment (never happened)
4) Varnishing of nails with CND Shellac (result pictures were taken after I got out of the place)
5) Hand massage with organic honey (never happened)
6) Oil treatment (never happened)

Pedicure included:
1)Cuticle treatment (she pinched 2/10 toes)
2)Filing and polishing of nails (never happened)
3) Varnishing of nails with CND Shellac (it was at least better than mani)
4)Oil treatment of the nails (never happened)

The appointment was supposed to last 130 minutes.
I was 'ready' to go in less than an hour. Please consider visiting Normal across the street and do it yourself, that's what I did right after I was out of the store.

Me and my friend had a spa for 2 package here and it was just phenomenal. My skin has never been better after a facial treatment and the massage was soooo relaxing. The foot bath was perfect. We got many different treatments for less than 200 Euro. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I have been a customer of Exuviance wellness for quite a while and have been impressed with quality of the service and treatment every time. Monthly basis I do nail and skin treatment:
-Nail treatment: Anna, the nail technician does a meticulous manicure and pedicure. Her attention to details is impressive. The pedicure is the best pedicure I have ever had, it is exact the same statement that my friends who are Anna’’s customer make. Quite often I do a shellac manicure and pedicure, it last for 15 days with no chipping. All the product she uses are CND or other high quality brands and she always have the latest colors available. I have tried quite few places from high end salons to medium range. It is always a disappointment, overpriced and mediocre end result. Anna’’s work is exceptional with fair price.
- Deep cleaning facial treatment: My skin has transformed since I start visiting Jelena , she is an absolute professional .She is customizing the treatment based on my skin needs and condition. After few months I start to see amazing results. Highly recommended.

The manager (or whoever she was) didn't know I understand Russian, so she was talking rudely about me with her colleague in Russian.
Moreover, I could make a better manicure myself... Not a place I would ever come back to or recommend to anyone else.

I would like to say thank you to Exuviance Wellness therapists for creating a lovely atmosphere and for their professional service. I've got an aesthetic and emotional pleasure with a spa treatment. I love their face treatment with Exuviance cosmetics as well .

I bought an eye cream which I wanted to return (the product was sealed!) due to skin problems (I have been at the clinic having a facial treatment and the products from this brand gave me pimples/allergy) after only 5 days and have been extremely mistreated by the receptionist, who said that I can't return anything I buy and literaly opened the door of the clinic and asked me out. This was the most rude and non-professional treatment I have ever tried. I then decided to write an email to the cosmetologist that I had the treatment with, and got a reply from her, in Danish, saying that I could not return since this information is writting in their webpage. Well, the webpage is in Danish - I don't speak/read Danish-, and since I did not buy the product online, but in the shop, I expected to get this information when buying it. Nobody in the company seems to care much about solving customers issues. This was not a regret of buying, but an skin incompatibility with the products. So now I have a brand new product which I don't dare to use since it's bad to my skin; and the company won a very unhappy customer and I will definitely never ever again buy any product or service from this company.

I have been to Jelena for several facial treatments and the experience has been great. Very friendly and professional staff and good products and treatments! Can't wait for the next one.

I have been there for couple of times for SPA treatments and I have only good things to say compare to other places.Yes,stuff is speaking english,but I dont see any problem in that.Everything is always clean and nice,we have been always introduced to all treatments.I have been very satisfied after SPA.Now by reading all the shit in here,Im thinking that we are going to some different places.I have never noticed all that,what some of you are writing about Exuviance Wellness.Thats my opinion,but you are welcome to have your own.

I'm living in Copenhagen with my Danish boyfriend, I'm from EEUU! We decided to take a break at this place. From the begining it was clean and the staff was really nice, best service I have received in Denmark! The masseuse was care about us the whole treatment and explained all the process. The place was clean, nice and good quality and I'm still enjoying the benefit from the product that they used at the treatment. My skin feels soft and hydrated I definitely would recommend this piece of heaven to everyone and better when is to the best prices at the city!! We even received a discount for the next time if we decide come back, and definitely I will. Nataly and Rasmus

I've been going there since they opened it.Very sweet ladies working there,so wonderful atmosphere.Stuff know their job and I have never been dissapointed in them.My suggestion is just to go and try and Im sure you will be satisfied.

I've been going to Exuviance wellness for massages twice a month for the last year and I love it. Very professional staff and you always feel welcome and well taken care off. I also tried the pedicure which was very pleasant. I can truly recommend this place for everyone. Good prices and very sweet and warm staff.
