Use a .co.uk domain but are not in the UK
Issue is still ongoing. Sent back an item for a refund. It was returned back to Germany but was never collected from them so the package was returned back to me. £10 lost there for the unclaimed package. Of couse still no refund and no certainty sending the item back to them will not cause me another £10 to be lost for another unclaimed package sent. This company should not be allowed to trade with a .co.uk domain which in my opinion is devious as I believed I traded with a UK company or at least based in the UK. All transactions and communications are with their German branch. Including postage and returns. Return documents are in German.

Terrible terrible company - AVOID
Terrible terrible company. Do not use. After waiting for several months for my order I found out my item was stuck in customs awaiting me to pay hundreds of pounds of custom duties (this was not made clear on the website).
Because of the above I was forced to cancel the item and request a refund. They confirmed by email that they had received the item back to their warehouse (this was in June) but still to this day I am yet to receive my refund. Countless emails and nothing back from Exxpozed.

I confirm that this website is a scam. I've ordered for 800 euros of goods, they cancelled the order explaining that the products could not be delivered. They also told me that the reimbursement would take 10 days and since then I haven't received any money back and they are not answering to my emails.
I have decided to fill a complaint with my lawyer both at the police and at the european ECC, @exxpozed / @outdoorsports24 if I don't get my money back in the next 2 days, be ready we are coming for you!

I do appreciate the fact that I got a reply from eXXpozed after my review, but as my father always said, put your money where your mouth is. And here we are, 16 days later, and I still haven't received my money. I really wonder why.

I am rather disappointed about the eXXpozed customer service. More than a month ago I returned a product. Now, a month ago, I still haven't received my money.
According to DHL my return package arrived at their facilities on October 12th. But when I sent a mail about the status of my return, more than two weeks later, I was told they received my package on that exact day. Moreover I got a message that it would take at least 10 days for my refund to actually be refunded.
I wish they would take customer service more serious, and I do hope my money will be returned very soon

Cut them some slack
I read very bad reviews and that’s not fair. It’s true that they are not perfect, but cut them some slack. I had 2 successful orders and happy with the purchases. As for my last order, they did not deliver for two months but they made the refund when ki asked for cancellation. I plan to order again. Sheet happens, get over it.

Do not buy online ANYTHING from this company, if you are not sure you will keep it. I am giving 1 star because I can not give negative ones.
My order DE00797220 was placed in August23' and some items did not fit my children so I shipped them back the same week. I received a confirmation of return 13SEP23' but my 140€?
How can you call Customer "service" to something does not exist? The Phone number? During open hours one can wait for hours without being attended...
I sent follow up emails on 10SEP23, 02OCT2023 and no answer was ever received.
Exxpozed team, you can avoid asnwering my review with: We are very sorry for this situtation. Instead of spending time answering google reviews, use your time for processing refunds and reimbursing the money to your "customers".

Do not use this company. ZERO communication.
I would advice that if you are considering using this company to think again, they have ZERO,ZERO,ZERO!!!! customer service or communication I have emailed several times (to no reply even after 7 days) Tried to ring several times to no answer, and asked for a call back on there online form. the product I ordered has now gone out of stock on there website, the order is in my exxpozed account account and looks like it’s ordered.
All I was wanting was to understand what was going on with my order, as I never received a confirmation email.
Order your items elsewhere this is a awful, company to deal with in my experience and other review’s seem to echo my experience.

Bought a pair aku super alps from…
Bought a pair aku super alps from exxposed due to much better price than else where.
Aku's come with a 2 year warranty so there shouldn't be any issue at all returning them.
Sole started to come away from the upper of the right boot.
Emailed exxposed with pictures etc. They sent me a prepaid returns label via parcel force. Sent the boots back and checked the tracking status which says the addressee needs to collect the item from their depot. Emailed exxposed to ask when the boots will be collected and chased them again but they do not respond at all.
Looking at their reviews this seems common place. The boots are now at a German parcel force depot.
What ever you do, do not buy any products from exxposed. Spend a little more and get it from somewhere else that actually offers some kind of after care service. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Received a response from exxposed today via trust pilot in German.(12.10.23).
Essentially saying that they will sort a return. However, parcel force tracking now says the boots are being shipped back to the UK. I'm guessing they were at the depot for too long as no one from exxposed picked them up!

They expected different payment to the invoice
The company invoiced me in pounds but expected payment in euros. This was not stated anywhere and they refused to send the item even though I wasn't invoiced for the amount or currency they demanded. Best avoided this isn't for UK customers.

Avoid: fake stock indications, zero customer service
After seeing at least a few reviews from people who said they'd got their stuff, thought I'd take a punt and order some shoes that they said they had in stock, and that I couldn't find anywhere else.
I got some automated emails immediately after placing my order to say they were in fact out of stock and then ... nothing.
I've sent three emails over two months asking for an update with nothing other than an automated reply and an unfulfilled promise to get back within 72 hours.
Fortunately I paid via PayPal so getting a refund was pretty painless (thanks PayPal!). But I didn't place an order to wait two months to get my money back, I placed it because I wanted to buy something.
Update: so it seems their only 'customer service' is to post replies here in German (no matter what language the original post was in). I ended up finding the shoes I wanted at alpinetrek/bergfreunde, another German company, and the whole order process with them has been flawless. Not any more expensive even with the added cost of using a UK parcel forwarding service.
My recommendations:
(1) Do not order from exxpozed
(2) If you really can't help yourself, see (1). But pay with PayPal so you can at least get a refund with minimal hassle when you too discover that their service is Scheiße and everything they tell you is a Lüge.
Update 2: after reading their responses here I started to see a pattern. I think they're generated by ChatGPT (I could generate almost identical responses to them with the prompt 'write a brief apology in German to the following complaint, but do not offer to do anything about it').
So it appears they really don't have any sort of customer support, here or anywhere else. It really does start to look like it's a total scam.

Ignoring my emails over a refund from…
Ignoring my emails over a refund from may this year, telling me it was refunded when it wasn't. Then emails came in saying it was passed over to their accounts department. I will never order from them again. Lost £100 on this order and PayPal won't help as its outside the timeline.

Three months since I returned an item... still no refund!
I returned an item three months ago, and since then, I have not received any refund. For the first month, I have been calling a dozen times and sent many emails with no success. Then, I received a couple of emails saying they would process my refund, but I still have not received anything back! Stay away!

About a month after writing my review, the company wrote that they had processed my return and I will be refunded...and I'm still waiting for the refund now after about five months. I'd really like to take them seriously, but am not sure how that's possible.
Do not go near this company!!!
The delivery was delayed indefinitely, and I wrote to cancel the order. No reply. A few days later, saying it's shipped. I get it, then return it, and as stated by others, non-existent customer service or contact or replies. It's been months and I have yet to receive my money back. No way to reach anyone there, despite numerous emails and calls. The icing on the cake is that they put a bunch of medallions on their website about how good their customer service is...which should be considered fraudulent!

Incredibly efficient at debiting credit card but incredibly inefficient at delivery and customer services
Made online purchase on 02 July 2023 and €179.91 immediately taken from my credit card. Received email on 11 July 2023 informing me that order was still in progress. Received mail on 18 July informing me that order was still in progress and that they had not forgotten about me. They then forgot about me as I heard nothing after that so sent them mail on 11 Sept requesting an update. I got an automated reply informing me that they would come back to me within 3 days. Its been 17 days since that reply and I have heard nothing from them. They still have my €179.91

Another victim of scam here
Another victim of scam here. No refund after return and a month of waiting. The business model of exxpozed is to run the business at extreme low margins which brings more and more fooled customers, not being profitable at allbut only pay vendors, staff and CEO first and keep it going as long as possible. And keep try finance the scam by lagging payments to us, the customers. Typical for companies being in a financial difficulties and cash flow trouble. This is going to collapse some day ending up in bancrupcy and leaving thousands of cutomers waiting for their money. Shame on you expozzed. I have already given up.

I Purchased a pair of boots on 31st December and returned them in January as they were too small. The boots were returned to my home address. After a further two attempts to return them, on both occasions the boots were sent back to my home address. It transpires they had to pay import fees and taxes for my return and they declined my return on this basis. I only wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. This Company should be closed down.

Ok so I thought I’d add some balance following my recent experience.
Ordered and paid via bank international payment didn’t appreciate that could have been an issue until I read the feedback here.
Started to question my judgement especially when they failed to respond to emails, just the usual standard 72 hour response.
Was prepared to just lose my money but then had a notice that payment had cleared 9 days after I had actually paid. They would then advise me when shipped. Another week passed and after another unresponsive email, my backpack has arrived today.
Now the reason for the 5 stars is that this evoc backpack was 40-50% cheaper than elsewhere, it arrived in perfect condition well packaged. Sale to receipt of product was 18 days.
So despite no responses I have had a great product at a great price - perhaps I’ve been lucky and would think again about sending an international bank transfer ( although I did save an extra £10 doing it this way ). But if I see another product much cheaper via Exxpozed I would go for it.
