I visited the Sittingbourne store for my eye test and Emily, the Optometrist was superb! Most opticians ignore my lazy eye, but not Emily - she was curious and caring and set about tackling the prescription in it ... not because it gets corrected, just because she genuinely took an interest! The news of my eyes beginning to sucum to the aging process was delivered tactfully and the team set about guiding me through choosing a new frame. What an experience, Jamie was incredible, it was like having a personal stylist! Found a pair i LOVE ... very different to my norm and feeling like a new woman! I wasn't able to collect them from Sittingbourne due to work commitments, so the team kindly arranged a fitting appointment for me at Faversham, where i found an equally friendly and skilled team who took the time to ensure my vision was top notch and the frames were fitting comfortably (thank you Sarah and Lewis). Haven't ever had my new specs presented to me so beautifully, it was like being in a high end jewellers... loved it! Thanks all - one very happy lady here!

When I went for my eye check up to the branch in Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth, I received a great service from all staff members. The optician approached me with care and examined me thoroughly. I went home, pleased that my concerns were addressed and I was given a routine to improve my vision.
I was also very impressed with their sense of fashion and style - Opticians with style!

I had a hearing test and hearing aids fitted by Kemi at the Faversham branch. Really good service and I can now hear my husband which may or may not be a good thing!I am very pleased by the aids and the speed of service.

I had an excellent experience at the Willesden branch of Eye Emporium, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Saida Hamir was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and super communicative throughout the entire appointment.

She took the time to clearly explain all of my results in a way that was easy to understand, which made a huge difference and left me feeling reassured and well cared for. I never felt rushed at any point.

The rest of the team were just as impressive — every member of staff went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and professional. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at an optician. I’ll definitely be returning.

My daughter had an appointment today and we were kindly greeted by the reception staff. The actual optician Najiya had such a lovely presence and manner. My daughter is very anxious about her eyesight and Najiya was so calm and informative she really put my daughter’s mind at rest. I would throughly recommend this opticians and the staff that work here. Very impressed

The faversham branch was clean, welcoming, and professional. The staff (both Lewis and Tj) where so lovely and helpful. I truly feel that Lewis went above and beyond to help me find the right glasses to suit my needs. The eye test it's self was quick but so effective. I feel so happy with my experience and highly recommend.

Lewis was tasked (by me) with challenging my habit of choosing the same style of glasses that I've had for years. He challenged my view of what I thought suited me and what I thought I needed in a frame. Very excited to collect my glasses soon...when trying the frames on they felt right but it was a challenge choosing as there is a such a lovely range available!

My appointment was at the Rainham Kent branch this afternoon & I have to say that it was a pleasant experience. As before, I received very good attention, the examination was thorough & I have every faith in the Optician's care. The staff are lovely & what's more the reception area is spotless & smells divine! Would thoroughly recommend.

Great service, punctual and very professional and friendly. Nadia is great, very kind and efficient. They have products in stock so no need to go to the pharmacy later. Hygienic and clean.
