Easy to shop online but delivery is the best. Informed from when they are preparing the shipment to after delivery.

My order with them got stolen on the delivery day. Not only they were super understanding of the situation, but they sent me right away another package for free. They even require that the new package would be only delivered with signature to be sure it doesn't get stolen again. Big shout out to Lily Rose at customer service for your kindness and professionalism ! Will reorder with them for sure !!

PRN delivers amazing eye vitamins and they have saved my eyesight

Love the DE3 Omegas for my dry eyes. No bad burps after taking and a noticeable difference in the eyes. I gave these up in favour of buying a Canadian-made but I’m back. I can’t find any Canadian-made product that compares. I can only hope the price doesn’t skyrocket because of tariffs.

Drops were easy to order on-line. I got a 10% discount for being a first time customer. Service was excellent. Tracking of the package was straightforward and accurate, and delivery was fast. Good experience overall.

My ophthalmologist recommended OPTASE Dry Eye INTENSE Drops, so I placed an order with EyeDropShop on 3/18/25, including a subscription to save 10%. By early April, I still hadn’t received my order. After chatting with customer service around 4/1/25, I was informed the product was on backorder but expected to ship the following week. When I followed up again today (4/10/25), they repeated the same update—still on backorder, expected next week. Frustrated, I canceled my order and requested a refund, which was processed promptly.

While OPTASE is a trusted product, my experience with EyeDropShop was disappointing due to poor communication about stock availability. I’ve since ordered the drops from a local big-box store. It cost slightly more but will be delivered today—much more reliable!
