Too powerful prescription cant see out of the lenses at all. They're making it extra hard for me to get my funds back I want nothing to do with this company anymore

Great spot for affordable glasses
It was easy to order, the glasses came quickly. I love the frames, they're lightweight and cute, just like I wanted. The lenses are not top quality, but I don't wear them daily, just as a contact lens backup, plus I paid for the cheapest, so that's not surprising. Overall I'm really pleased with my order.

While I had an issue with the original glasses I ordered, customer service corrected it quickly. The replacement glasses received were great and fit well.

Fraudulent Company
Although the website says US it is actually in India. On top of that I ordered two pair separately and for the first pair after one month of ordering and paid for 4 day shipping as it was offered for both pair I had yet to get them. I had to email several times about my glasses then magically they appeared in the mailbox…we 2 months later my second pair still has yet to arrive and still no glasses so I agin emailed and got the exact same run around of course. I told them that if I pay for 4 day express shipping that’s what I expect and each time by the same rep William says let this be a one time courtesy and I told him no way! He then claims I will be contain 24 hours and I never was. Once I asked for a manager or supervisor he says they don’t have any in those positions. So I said that not only do I need my refund for the second pair but also my shipping fees for both pair. He again says someone will contact me in 24 hours. Well two days later I check my email and boom a so called order number shows up and a tracking number but it’s for the exact same pair I already have. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Nice frames incorrect lenses
I'm very pleased with the product the style of the glasses the frames the make of them however I ordered progressive so that I can see near and far and these glasses the prescription I can only see distance so for the purpose that they are serving I wish that I had a pair that were progressive as I thought I was ordering over all the product is good but the lenses are not what I expected
