Horrible experience with this company! DO NOT BUY from them. I placed an order for a pair of Moncler Goggles and emailed customer service right after to have an idea about shipping status.
First they say the order was is on hold bc my shipping address and billing aren’t the same.. ODD! That has never been a problem in the history of online shopping so I had to submit proof of ID and CC which I did.
Then, they said “good, you’ll order will ship out soon” but I get another email the following day saying my order was cancelled due to the item being defective and discontinued by manufacturer.. so I go on their website and they have 5 pairs (same goggles) available for purchase. Hmmm? Something does not add up! It’s clear they are playing with people’s money and time!

I ordered 2 pairs of frames
I ordered 2 pairs of frames. 2 cases were shipped but one case was missing a pair of frames. I called right after I opened the box and noticed the issue, which was the day the box was delivered. Have been going back and forth with emails and phone calls to get a credit for the missing pair. The issue is still not resolved a month later. Sam, a representative there, assured me he would give me a call back in 2 days and it’s been over a week. Still no refund for the missing item I was charged for.
