Where is my order

Extremely long time for delivery, extremely expensive, too many parameters to complete, I have no idea, how. After a week I still do not have my order and are not sure, whether I get it at all. Actually I made a mistake ordering here, I though that was another store and was even surprised that it changed so much.

Honesty and good communication

I ordered the wrong prescription lenses. Eyerim responded quickly to my questions, I canceled the order, and I got a refund.

Edit: When I finally go through to someone on the chat they said they were waiting for the manufacturer to send it to them so no idea if they are just drop shipping or if they are legit.

If anyone knows how to contact them, please help…

I placed an order on Sunday late afternoon. As there were no updates related to when the frames would be dispatched on Tuesday, I sent a follow-up email with more questions — it was important to know when I could expect the delivery as I am scheduled to travel. 24 hours later and again no feed.
The website says delivery is expected within 3-4 day or perhaps more (which is hilarious! And absurd!). There is no phone number to call. The chat, despite saying “we are available” does not seem to be operated by anyone. I spent over an hour waiting to be connected with someone and the connection was interrupted three times.
If anyone know how to reach this company, please advise. I would like to cancel my order.
