I ordered this product directly from the eyeunder website. What I received was an offbrand with different packaging and no mention of EyeUnder on the label or box. Simply "Electric Massage" on the labels. I found the same product with identical packaging on Amazon for half the price.
I placed an order 11/29/25, the order was supposed to arrive 12/10/25. When attempting to track the order an alert came up stating no information because the item was shipped with counterfeit postage! I tried emailing and received an error message, I got the email from the website. The. I tried calling the number provided but it beeped like it was a fax. I tried messaging and still no reply. I’m starting to get suspicious and if it’s not a scam their customer service leaves much to be desired.
