First time I have used an online company for my glasses - but glad I chose Eyex. From start to finish it has been so slick & problem free, from placing my order on Monday to receiving my glasses today (all gift wrapped with Xmas Ribbon !). Leading the way in customer service - I'll be using them again.

Quick dispatch, no delays, friendly customer service and was really excited to see that my sunglasses were Christmas wrapped! How very thoughtful for the season. Overall expierience made my purchse even more special, luxury and exciting. Way to go!

Had a brilliant experience with Eyex. When the company realised my order was a birthday gift for my girlfriend, Saahil phoned me and offered to include a birthday message with the delivery, and went the extra mile to package the order in gift wrap. One of the best customer experiences I've had online, 10/10.

Excellent value, product & service

I bought a pair of prescription Prada glasses from Eyex . Got them delivered in days at a fantastic price compared to everywhere else. They even came gift wrapped with a ribbon tied round the box and a big box of cleansing wipes too. I'd recommend Eyex to everyone, they were fantastic.

This is my first time buying from this company, I'd never heard of them before but the reviews on here put my mind at ease.

The order process was simple, I did it all online. I purchased a pair of prescription Ray Bans at more than half the cost of what I had been quoted in my local opticians!

They arrived in no time at all, via tracked delivery. I cannot fault Eyex at all.

I had a couple of inquiries so phoned them, but out of office hours. Had a call back as soon as office hours started and all my questions were answered. Really friendly guy on the phone, Saahil. Sorted out everything I wanted without pressuring me into buying or upgrading anything I didn't want. I ordered some prescription sunnies two weeks before my holiday so I was anxious about them arriving in time. He assured me they would and they did. Perfect.
Really great customer service team, delivery time, price, and business in general.

there were loads of glasses to choose from and once I had placed my order they came really quickly in the post, nicely wrapped up etc. I would definitely recommend using this site again. The glasses were really cheap compared to other sites.

Whole experience was top. I was a bit sceptical at first as I hadn't heard of them before but everything went great. They had a limited edition pair of Persol in stock which was sold out with all other retailers.
When I couldn't be reached for an address inquiry they promptly called the reception at my building and solved the problem without my help. I believe I was also upgraded to next day delivery at no charge.
