Last summer, I filed a complaint with the Secretary of State’s Office and it is now in the Attorney General's criminal division: Michael Buckman is the in-house counsel in charge of this investigation ( c/o Consumer Protection Division, Office of Attorney General Curtis Hill, 302 West Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204 p: 317.233.3977).

In the process, I have discovered this car I tried to purchase was licensed in California and the DMV Investigation Team informed me that there are no records that EZ Auto Auction ever tried to transfer title into my name. In the meantime, I have also been told by AG’s office that they have other people that have joined in this criminal complaint. Feel free to share any progress you have had against this agency, and I will do the same. I have documented all the information I provided above and will be opening a FaceBook page in the near future so we can all share what EZ Auto Auction is up to.

Mr. Buckman said Indiana law states a car dealer has 31 days to deliver title after purchase. If this does not occur, a consumer would need to send a letter demanding title in 10 days (which I sent certified to them in August 2019) and if the title is not received in those 10 days, the consumer would be able to return the vehicle for the purchase price and any costs incurred. They refused to refund me and give me title to a car that I had paid for in full upfront: I paid $17,500 in May 2019 and NEVER receive title for the car they claim that they had sold to me. I honored their 90 day resolution clause in their DocuSign contract, before I acted upon these complaints.

I am now looking for an attorney to represent us in filing a civil case against EZAutoAuction.com (AKA Insurance Auctions, Inc.) in order to retain our rights to a refund. (Please realize there is a stature of limitations issue when dealing with them, so don't wait).

No stars!!!! Please don’t send money to them! We were scammed out of $6,000 8 months ago. We are now convinced we will not receive it. This is just an effort now to keep others from falling prey!

Its hard to believe that this daylight scam can be going on in the U.S. Pls stay away from this fraud team led by one David and assisted by Dan (Im sure these are just stage names tho). Same lies and deceit pattern ranging from we are waiting for DMV to release vehicle papers to loosing bid but you have wait for 90days to get your money back or wait for a call from upper management.

This is a scam website..with no physical address in the US.
Dont ever send your money to this guys ,they operates 4 different auto website..all is fruad.
I wired 3500..no one answer my calls again
..the office barred my lines..yet to refund but FBI on their bank accounts using for fraud..

Scamming me was a wrong choice.

Bid on a truck, bid ended said I was the winning bid. Next Day I was told that I was not the winning bid and that I could bid some more if I was interested. Sounds like a bait and switch scam. I did some research and almost all insurance companies do not sell there own salvage vehicles , but sell to a an auction company or junkyard for disposal. This guy David at EZ auction told me that they were taking the quote from the winning bid from the auction for the truck that I bid on and won only to find out that the auction continued lol and someone else was the high bidder, , they take it to the insurance company and see if they will accept that bid. He told me that on the truck in question the bid on the close was low and the insurance company would not except.. Insurance companies dont sell salvage vehicles. What kind of Crap game are they running. Stay away from this company.

i have purchased a Lexus LX570 year 2016 from EZ car Auction on 17th October 2019 and after the payment i am waiting there daily excuses and they are not sending me the Title of the car yet, its almost 45 days now and every day Mr David taking time from me 1 day 2 days.
but i have asked them if they dont have the car then refund the money but still no response for that.
really Very Bad service.

To honest I'm truly not trying to be rude, ezautoauction really has bad customer service, they do not return calls. One star is really more than what should be posted here. I bidded on a car and was contacted by a lady name Robin who claimed she made contact with a insurance company that accepted my $7500.00 offer and ezautoauction asked me to send a cashier check overnight. One week later this company stated playing phone games by saying they had a title problems but when I asked to speak to someone above this man name David, i never got the contact info I asked for so I asked for a refund by phone, by FedEx letter, by tex and also emails and still no response. This guy by the name of " David Senior Account Manager" has given me a complete run around. I sent my cashier check on Sept 26, 2019 and no one has contacted me, I call ever other day and the last 4 days as Nov. 19th my phone calls go right to voicemail.

What's crazy about this transaction is that I have tracked down the real owner of the car I saw on ezautoauction website.

Ezautoauction is play games with consumers hard earned money and I believe this company could be a terrorist group hiding in the USA. I am truly looking for legal advice i can be reached at 702 981 5979 kevin

Be careful shoppers check some where else thay not unest their get you. After trying them thay send car different than what you see missing more stuff no battery no wires that do the picture before .and l never got the title that got their money first day I think the review not right check the right one one different than Google you will know any have any questions call me 9739316782

Waited 8 weeks was told every 2 days i would get my boat.spent 50 to overnight the money like thay said i had to do. They also sold me a car that was supost to run and drive 2000 in repairs and it finaly runs but need to buy 4 tire becouse they are flat front and back brakes becouse they are though the rotors .

Purchased a vehicle, was told the vehicle was in driving condition, it was even put in a text message that the car was in diving condition, the car is not in driving condition as a matter of fact the car does not do a thing we’ve had it towed to a dealer who after looking at it says it’s going to cost at least 4500 and that may not fix all the cars issues

This is the worst company. They took my money and sold the car, that I already won on auction bid and refusing my full refund. They will try to bully you when you complain to about to BBB. Even on BBB, they have very bad reviews. SAFE YOUR MONEY

EZ Auto Auction is the best, no hassles! Priced to sell! Over the years we bought 5 cars. When we are ready to buy another car in the future, we will definitely be back! The whole staff is awesome and will take care of you!

Trying to find the right car is frustrating but when you work with someone that have the patience to help to find what you are looking for is easier. Tracy was the person helping me to fin the car she is the person to work with when trading to find a car at Ezautoaution. The website is easy to navigate, the prices are reasonable and the most important thing for me is that they are trustworthy.

We bought a car signed all the paperwork wired full payment to there bank and had a invoice paind in full we were waiting for them to let us know where it was located and then they told us that we did get the car and that's after we had already paid in full the company we would never recommend to anyone

I was able to get a great deal with John Pappas he instructed me on the correct vehicle to purchase. Very excellent service!
