Thanks for working with UPS for this delivery. It took 2 days and no assle.
Last time I ordered from ezbike, the delivery was handled by canpar and I had the worst service (extended delivery time, miscommunication, no delivery at home, miscare for package ...)

I received my bike yesterday and unfortunately it has a bit of damage due to poor handling and one of my free items (phone holder) wasn't included. On the good side I was able to try it for a few Km and I really like how quiet and well that it handles.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from General Manager Caelan at EZbike Richmond Hill!
I was shopping around for two 2026 Aventon Level 4 ADV Step-Through e-bikes in black and came across EZbike online. I called just before the store closed for Easter, and Caelan answered the phone. He was incredibly helpful, explained that he had one in stock and would immediately contact Aventon to secure the second one for me. His great price and friendly attitude stood out right away.
After hanging up and continuing to compare options, I realized Caelan was the real deal—so I called back. By then the store was closed (I’m calling from British Columbia), so I started drafting an email to the company. To my surprise, less than 15 minutes later, Caelan had already created a detailed invoice for me on his own time off. It clearly outlined everything he was doing, including clear ETAs for delivery.
He even followed up with a personal phone call while obviously not at work, just to make sure I was happy and to get the bikes ordered as quickly as possible. That level of dedication is rare!
As a salesperson myself at Sleep Country Canada, I know excellent customer service when I see it. Caelan isn’t just a great General Manager—he’s the kind of professional who should be representing EZbike Canada across the entire industry. His responsiveness, honesty, and genuine care turned a simple purchase into a truly positive experience.
Can’t wait to receive our retirement e-bikes and start our next adventures on them! Highly recommend EZbike and especially Caelan if you’re looking for electric bikes or scooters.

I have spoken with the website chat person and he gave me a discount before purchase.
When I received it,a piece was broken and with my warranty, he shipped the replacement himself and it fitted perfectly. The communication remained extra nice during the whole process.

The guys at Ebike were very helpful no pressure sales. Very knowledgeable wuick response they listen and deliver what I wanted.

I went to the place from the other side of town, they treated me very well despite having scheduled an appointment a few hours before. The staff is very trained. The online store is very well organized and with all the information you require to make your purchase and it was great to go because they let you try the items before the purchase.

I deal with EZbike from 1800 kms away. By email and courrier. They are responsive, ready to solve any problems that arise. I keep going back, good people.

Horrible customer service Chinese owner charged me 110$ to replace a tire tube what?! After getting my scooter back it would leak air and go completely flat after 24 hours he wanted another 100$ to fix it what a guy

EZBIKE turns out to be a very good company, they were able to help me with all my scooter need and definitely gave me a discount. Thanks for the great customer service. All previous issues were resolved...
