The glasses I ordered came as-described. I need to add, they were one of the vendors who had the actual item in stock. Further, their customer service was quick, professional and personable in addressing a need that arose! Kudos!

I am appalled by the lack of integrity at EZ Contacts. They knowingly shipped damaged medical supplies; while the outer shipping box arrived in pristine condition, two of the four contact lens boxes inside were completely crushed. This wasn't a shipping mishap—this was a conscious decision by their fulfillment team to pack and send defective products.
When I reached out for a resolution, the nightmare only worsened. Their customer service department refuses to take ownership of the error, leaving me without necessary vision correction for weeks. Their "solution" has resulted in significant personal expense and total frustration.
Warning to others: This company engages in deceitful business practices and shows a blatant disregard for customer health and satisfaction. Avoid them at all costs.
Update: Note in the response they have not credited my account nor did they offer to ship out replacement lenses while they sort out their issues. That is what a company with good customer service and integrity does. They offer a solution. Ez Contacts offers excuses. They tried to get this review taken down but Trust Pilot refused. Additional evidence of their unscrupulous business practices. Caveat Emptor!

BEWARE!! second try to order glasses through this website. (The prices are so much cheaper than other websites but there is a reason why. ) This first time I order prescription glasses it stated that they would ship between 3 and 5 business days, 3 weeks later I had to call oh and by the way good luck reaching a customer service. I had to find out that they didn't have them in stock. I canceled the order. Then the second time I ordered a pair of sunglasses at the beginning of April again no email to update my order, I had to call and guess what?!? They weren't in stock. They read of a paper that same word for word excuse as the previous order. Awful experience, rather pay a little more for a reputable company.

My experience with EZContacts was awful from start to finish. I returned my frames on 4/24, they confirmed receiving them on 4/28, yet my refund didn’t show up until today. That’s far too long for a simple return. Worse, they deducted almost $43 for shipping and a return label fee that were not clearly disclosed before purchase. Customer service offered no real help—just excuses. This company lacks transparency and efficiency. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Slow with almost zero customer service. Every time I check tracking g it says 5-10 more days, it’s been saying that for two weeks. I attempted to cancel a week ago but they said I couldn’t becuase the glasses are already in the lab being made. A week later they are talking me they are still in the lab. Glasses don’t take a week once they are in the lab, they take hours not days. I asked them again to cancel my order but they said they can’t. I’ve now had to open a dispute, thank god I used PayPal and they will side with me. Stay away from this company. Do your homework and research before doing business with this company, I wish I had.
