This cosplay is AMAZING!! The size it’s Perfect, the cosplay is very confortable and the details are Perfect, it’s one of my best cosplays ever. Also, the wig is soooo amazing and Perfect, Looks Like a Lace/real Hair, the Color is just the same as the movie and have so high quality too.

It was an amazing cosplay! Fit me perfectly, I’ve gotten stuff from here before and it was always amazing when it came in.

Overall good cosplays, good customer service. Measuring is good and realistic. Their only issue is the shipping rate which is very high.

Ordering was quick and painless! I never measured for boots before, and I was worried I may have messed up and got the wrong size. However, the boots fit perfectly! I never had shoes fit me so well, let alone cosplay shoes. And whenever I had questions, they were good at responding. Good experience!

The costume was very anime accurate and great quality! Wig is good to wear straight out of the bag all it needs is a little bang trim (if you have a small head like me)! Definitely worth the money, props were also accurate any very durable! Definitely can last a whole day of convention shenanigans and walking around all day! Got a lot of compliments and can’t wait to purchase more rom EZcosplay!

The order shipped late and arrived incomplete (missing literally half the costume!) Customer service basically admitted they weren't able to make the missing part and told me to "take it to a tailor" as if there was anything to fix! Took opening a paypal dispute to even get a decent refund offer. Never ordering from them again.

I've bought two cosplays from this company and I absolutely love them! First is base Jinx from League of Legends. I absolutely love the pleather they used! It's quality and comfortable! The padding in the top is amazing and comfortable as well!! The accessories are great quality and very solid. The gloves fit excellently and are well made! The sock fits well and I love the print! I use fashion tape to hold it in place. The other cosplay I've bought is Fire Cracker Diana. She is very well made and I love the jacquard fabric! It's soft and I appreciate the lace up back detail. The shorts are comfortable pleather and the tassels are sewn on well! The jacket has a pretty button o the front that makes it easy to take off when hot out! The accessories with this cosplay are also well made. The hairpin is solid plastic and mimics the look of jade well! I'm very happy with what I've purchased! I look forward to shopping again!

The quality of the costume is very good.Very accurate to the character. Fits perfectly for girls with curves like myself. I’m 5’9 and I ordered size XL.

The Garu jacket has really nice material made for it. It's easy to place on and to move around in, you don't have to worry about it restricting your movements or anything and it's rather cozy to wear as well.

I'd like to preface this by stating I am both a first-time customer and cosplayer. I am willing to admit that the blame for my bad experience lies partially with me for not ordering my cosplay more months in advance, although I had been working to save up the money.

The customer service kinda sucks. After not receiving any updates on my order for 2-3 weeks, I decided to get in contact with them. I emailed them for three days straight with no reply despite the website promising a response within 24 hours. I only ever got a response after going the extra mile of using other means of communication. I tried calling them, messaging them on Instagram, using their LiveChat service on the website, and using their Contact Ticket system. I understand that they're quite busy around this time of year, but the process was frustrating nonetheless.

When I finally got a response, I started having a conversation with a representative. The main costume of my order had been completed already, but the wig needs some time. Cool. I asked if there was any way I could switch to express delivery, and they said yes. Basically, they could send me the already complete costume, and then send the wig separately for an additional $27 USD. I'm a Canadian. I understand being busy, but I've already paid around $178 CAD. I'd rather not push things to around $200 CAD just because the company was not able to meet the deadline.

If my order was simply too much for the company to complete within the allotted timeframe, the website shouldn't have given me the option to choose such a deadline or had made express delivery the primary/only option. If there had been a message saying, "Hey, due to the timeframe you've provided us, please choose express delivery to ensure your order gets to you on time!" I wouldn't even be mad about paying extra.

What upsets me most isn't the fact that I won't be able to attend a convention in cosplay like I deeply wanted to. What upsets me is the lack of communication and updates. No progress bar, no emails, no nothing. Just a little status on the website that says "processing".

Bought my first cosplay outfit from EZcosplay. I was looking at reviews and it seemed to look legit so I gave them a shot. I spent over $300 CAD for a custom outfit and I was not disappointed! The quality of the cosplay was very nice, it came with all the accessories it said it would (in the description). I also appreciate that they have a section where you can input the date of when you need your cosplay and they will try to have it made before that date.

The cosplays they mare are great quality and they are super helpful in answering any questions you need help with

I bought this track suit for my dad so he could cosplay Tony Stark for his first convention and it was a huge hit. Besides my dad sharing a likeness to RDJ the track suit fit perfectly and he was instantly bombarded by con goers as soon as he arrived. The track suit was extremely comfortable and he was able to truly enjoy his first con. Thanks EZCosplay
