Great value bed in oak and pine. The bed is really sturdy having been straight forward to assemble. The packaging was more than sufficient and made sure there was no damage to the bed. All complete and delivered on time too

On the website it clearly states that the lamp table was fully assembled… having received it yesterday it’s flat pack as I am disabled I am unable to put it together so will have to pay someone to do it .. I only purchased it because it stated fully assembled won’t be purchasing anything else from your store .

Love the chest of drawers really well made and arrived assembled!!! Solid wood and great shine. We had one small delivery scrap and I was offered some compensation rather than an exchange. Everyone was happy

Bought 2 leather settees from Holywood exchange store, I was served by Samantha who also offered me a coffee or tea while processing order. Samantha kept me informed when delivery was going to be and the delivery guys Jason D and Ricky N telephoned me to let me know they were 10 mins away. All packaging was then taken away and settees put in place. Very good service from sales to delivery.

From entering the beautiful smelling store in Ballymena I found it so welcoming. The variety and quality of the furniture was fabulous. All the furniture was beautifully presented . As I walked around I was met in a friendly manner by a salesman named Noel . Noel asked if he could help me with any thing. I said I was looking for 2 bar stools. Noel showed me the variety of bar stools and explained all the features and benefits of the different types of bar stools He took time asking if i had the size of of kitchen island Noel then showed me the stool which would be perfect . I felt in safe hands and decided to purchase the 2 Noel recommended. Noel then offered me tea or coffee whist we were completing the paperwork . I was so glad Noel had recommended the stools and felt comfortable paying for them to be delivered which Noel again took the time to explain the process. Noel offered the extra cover which I declined. After our business was completed I left the shop happy I had bought the correct product for my needs thanks to Noel . I will be back in Ez Living Ballymena when the sales start in January .

From beginning to end my experience with EZ Living was excellent. Lovely staff. Everything arrived when they said it would. Definitely would buy there again.

Very poor delivery experience and communication will take my money elsewhere in future.

Disappointing delivery…. Have waited a month for the delivery of a mirror and now told it will be at least another two weeks so at least 6 weeks. Delivery charge should be at least refunded.

Very happy with experience. I do think the stores need a change though. Everytime I go I see the same things!

I haven’t received my purchase?
I have been contacted by ezliving stating that it was delivered but I can assure them that it wasn’t. I didn’t get any notification of delivery which would be normal practice

From the initial placement of my order to delivery and assembly, the service was first class.

I’ve been searching for a corner sofa and found the perfect one in EZ Living in Holywood Exchange. Rich, the salesperson was exceptionally helpful and patient. He even offered me a coffee which is a lovely touch. I hope delivery etc goes as well as my buying experience.
