Once I contacted through the right channel it was investigated and I was refunded. The rep I was dealing with was very efficient and message me frequently to make sure I received the money back.
My son used this site for coins - the website said order failed 2 times then on the 3rd time it went through but they have taken 3 payments. He contacted them and they said it was only one payment! All 3 have cleared from my bank so have hit their account. I contacted them with proof of this and still no reply or refund.
