Bad experience, they seem to be in the business of providing pain and pulling the wrong tooth.

A total waste of money!!! Do not fall for it. Also PayPal will not refund!! Company, if you can call them that!! Never responded either.
Fake plastic rubbish

I purchased a treatment plan to align my teeth (my account was with "paieneso" at hotmail dot com). They proposed a 15 two-week steps / sets of aligners to complete the treatment (about 7 months treatment). When I completed this, my teeth were not as aligned proposed in the treatment and, more worryingly, I could not fully bite (i.e. my upper front teeth clashed with my bottom teeth and I could not press the top and bottom molars against each other). This is painful and highly uncomfortable as it does not allow me to eat properly and leave food on the top of the molars.

I followed all steps as advised, I did the check-ups when expected. When I finished, I contacted Ez Smile to highlight the issue and the sent me a few new set of aligners to assist with this. That added another two months of treatment and did not achieve any changes. I contacted them again and they sent me yet another few sets that also achieved nothing. Along the way I sent photos of how it was going, highlighting that it was not achieving the purpose it was intended (to allow me to fully bite).

They then asked me to get a 3D scan so that they could do a proper set and resolve the issue and sent me another few sets of aligners promising this would work (the total now was over 30 two-week sets, i.e. double the original lengths, well over a year). Unfortunately, this resulted in exactly the same outcome, I still cannot fully bite. Worse still, they are ignoring my attempts to contact them and do not respond to any emails.

Terrible experience which I do not recommend. The initial price seems good, but the one you actually pay is way more than you expected.

They were too painful to use. Any time I tried to talk to the company about it, they were always rude and dismissive. They took thousands of dollars from me and I have nothing to show for it and they won’t refund me.

Terrible experience with this company. Spent all of this money and 6 months using their product. Many issues arised from them packaging the wrong set of aligners in the wrong packaging which caused me to put the wrong set in my mouth which cause some extremely serious pain over a long time. Their aligners are really poor quality. Even when looked after correctly, they struggle to last the 10 days let alone 14 days they need to last, always cracking and so on. After going through the entire 6 months strictly following their guidelines, my teeth were still crooked, they just pushed all teeth into a line but they were still obviously crooked. 6 months of pain and uncomfort, thousands of dollars all wasted. Now they non stop message me trying to sell me more products. I told them to stop messaging me over 6 months ago trying to sell me stuff but they are still sending me messages to get me to buy products off them. Guys, please read the bad reviews on this company, I wish I did before handing this business my money.
