Complete waste of money
Should of read the reviews on here first....i had a basic ezviz camera which worked well for what it was. Decided to stick with them and get a outdoor pro camera.....what a complete waste of money. Signal is rubbish so I installed ethernet and now it won't record properly....gives me 3 seconds of playback. No customer service just robots. The item is completely useless. I'm currently shopping around for a completely new brand. Never will I buy ezviz again unfortunately and definitely would NOT recommend this product

If I could write ZERO stars I would. I ordered two indoor cameras. They took my money and I have heard nothing. 8 days letter no confirmation, no delivery notice NOTHING!! I have emailed the company - no response. I rang the support number- useless and told to use the online chat - there is none. I like EZVIZ cameras themselves but have usually only ever bought via eBay. This is the first time I have bought directly from the company. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend this to anyone. They are crap at helping. My queries and emails go unanswered - ignored basically. DO NOT USE EZVIS.COM.AU - SCAMMERS!!!!

I gave EZVIZ a poor review previously, and it appears I was correct to do so. Their exterior cameras have without doubt a design fault. 4 out of 5 have now failed repeatedly. Water ingress I’m pretty sure. I was going to replace those that have failed which are surely covered by warranty. However, I need to add three more exteriors for full coverage, but I’m now convinced I’ll be throwing good money after bad. I’m going to ditch them all.
Unreliable battery life
Must be recharged within the correct wifi zone or you have to delete and reinstate, every time.
The reset button is often uncooperative, probably an early warning sign of water ingress.
We can run multiple iPads, phone etc, but the wifi is often insufficient for the EZVIZ camera. After all, it’s over 3 metres to the box…….

Avoid at all cost. Every time we change network there is massive issue. After hour of trying to log in to old account, I’ve spent another hour to delete device so could add the same advice to the different account (problem with phone nrs)
Seriously flawed and now hunting for new camera before our holiday and going to bin EZVIZ. Shame as have potential but can’t call anyone as is Saturday. Ps had similar problem several times! Enough
Great Experience
I’m very impressed with Ezviz, camera lens deteriorated due to high winds and dust where we live and the team have offered to replace it as it has a 2 year warranty.
Programmed obsolescence I don't recommend the camera products
I bought a camera on 2021 for my cat for when I leave for couple of days. I used one week and then it was mostly stored. I tried to plug it again but the app doesn't permit me to add it again. The support help isn't coherent in what they suggest with just prepared steps they send for everyone no matter the issue.

Ezviz never again purchased cc camera not cheap wanted good reliable one..set it up good quality 5 months good then had problem trying to sort it.i put wrong password in ....I think..tried to log in ...said add device ..well it's been added 5 months ?? Can't get to log in..no way to re.set password ..??? why not .it ok on UK models...contacted customer services a very nice guy Norman tried to help no good said get back to me ..week later I called he said I will refer it to tec support ..no reply from them..called Norman said I will contact them 3 weeks gone bye...tec support email..wanted photo proof of purchase. Receipt... Photo proof of serial no. Photo proof of QR code on box ..date I installed camera..photo proof of problem..and two more..never in my life have I been asked to resort to finding this..how many keep the box or receipt... It's disgusting ..so in the law.. it's not fit for purpose..and also not as described..I asked for my money back..no...go back to Amazon..tec support ha...they support their company pocket..I asked for their company details in UK... No reply...I asked for their company HQ details in china or province..no reply..my daughter sorted all their requests and sent them...no reply yet ??? The information to cancell the subscription is false, there is no subscription management tab. It also doesn’t show the payment information to be able to remove the payment method from the account. Is an absolute scam, do not give your payment details to this company
Appalling customer care
Appalling customer care. I moved from Europe to the Caribbean. But apparently you cannot change phone numbers in your account where the camera is registered. As a desperate measure I deleted my account. That made things worse. Customer support requires proof of purchase for a camera i bought 8 years ago. Despite giving them photos of the camera, s/n, original box, my ID and using the email address I used to register, they refuse to help me and uncouple the old phone number. Bizarre!!

What a horrible company ive had the displeasure of dealing with. I have 3-4 of their wifi cameras, have recently changed my internet provider so these need to be re-configured. When setting up again they want a verification code for each of these cameras which were printed on a sticker that was on the camera. Ive had these cams a couple of years and obviously they have been outside in the elements so the stickers are now faded (dumb idea in the first place, their deisgn team needs sacking) now they want me to get on ladders take pictures of all the stickers that are faded and email them. Oh well looks like im updating my cameras, about time anyway these were rubbish quality.

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone .our cameras €500 and not a year old have to be replaced by another company ,they worked properly for a max of a month ,there is no support when something goes wrong if you can't fix it yourself, I was told go on a ladder and record myself trying to fix the camers ,send them the video and they will tell me if I was doing it right..when we bought we were not told we had to pay €50 per camera for cloud ,they stopped working after 2 weeks until we paid the €150 ..oh and you have to call the UK for support no office in Ireland ..steer clear folks that's my advice .

Stay away from this brand. at first my camera work ok and i love it i had 4 of these bullet cameras had them for years and a doorbell… recently i change my internet provider then i manage to connect the doorbell and 1 bullet camera, the other 3 wont connect anymore contacted their Tech support they help out of what to do but still no luck… i felt like i got abandoned so these cameras wont work is pretty much garbage now that i spend total of almost 400 to 500 at best buy… EZVIZ SUCKS

I purchased a LC1 out door camera/ security lights, via Amazon.
Easy to install but that was about it! Their App would only load on my phone up to 90% so couldn't set the system up. Their technical support gave me all sorts of technical advice which none of it made sense, they expect you you to be a technical wiz, which I'm not!
I spent days emailing and getting all this technical advice which in their description the set up should have been easy - It's Not.
I got so frustrated I decide to return it to Amazon for a refund- Not a great product. Do not buy!

Emailed them 6 times in a week for technical support. Cameras wouldn't hook up to modem. They never called or showed no interest in helping me with my issue. Then finally Fernando emailed me asking me if he can call me at 10 am that day which was a Friday, I said yes. Nope never called. So I sent 3 more emails asking for him to please call. No reply until Tuesday at 5 am. He said he was having difficulties reaching me on my phone. BS he never called or even tired to. Or he never emailed either in them 5 days.

I bought 2 cams from them, these cams never record a full video & the most of the recorded videos are corrupted so you can't view any full recorded video only part of it the first few seconds. Using these cams are useless for security.
Solid cameras and perfect support
I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Wi-Fi outages will probably be caused by a low-quality signal from the main router or interference from the surrounding signal from other Wi-Fi devices (check the channel on which the connection is running). EZVIZ makes solid cameras, the software could probably be better, but that can be improved gradually. However, I would like to thank and highlight the technical support of the manufacturer, who is professional, quick to respond and solved my technical problem with one BC1C camera. I am extremely satisfied with I recommend EZVIZ especially for the quality of the support! Have a nice day
