Will not use again.

On returning my car to me, (20 minutes late), it was filthy. Mud all over the doors, on the windscreen and in the footwell, drivers side. I was so disappointed. The driver didn't hand over to me, my daughter got in the back seat and the driver said " ticket for the car park is on the dash". That was it. I won't use this company again.

Great service

We were a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews online but honestly can't fault our experience. Drivers were on time for drop off and pick up, no damage to the car, and only put 5 miles on the clock. Great service. Thanks

EzyBook - Easy and reliable - true to it's name!

I have been using meet and greet services for years.
I found EzyBook a slice above the rest.
I usually have to wait for drivers, but with them the driver was there, both times, when arriving and when picking up.
My car was in the exact shape I left it, almost no petrol used, and no foul smell of smoke ect.
A truly pleasant experience!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve…

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I would never use or recommend this company. They are dishonest, extremely rude, and completely unreliable.
We were left stranded in their car lot for so long that we missed our flight. Afterward, I called from the airport asking them to pick us up so we could at least collect our car and find a nearby hotel. They told me to “hold on” and promised to call back—but they never did. As a result, we ended up spending the night at the airport.
On our return trip, things got no better. Despite charging us £12 each for airport drop-off, they only sent one overcrowded bus to pick up multiple groups, cramming us in like sardines along with our luggage. To make matters worse, the driver was shockingly rude.
Finally, when we arrived at their lot, we were forced to wait another 20 minutes before they even brought out our car.
This company is a disgrace. Save yourself the stress—do not use them.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! We used them in August this year. When I picked up my car there was a huge scratch down the side. They completely fobbed me off by quoting the T&C, s. The place they leave the cars is not secure. We will never use them again.

I was very disappointed with the…

I was very disappointed with the service provided by Ezybook Meet and Greet Airport Parking.
• The booking information was unclear, as I was not told that short-stay airport parking charges would be an extra cost.
• When returning from my trip, I was left waiting outside for more than 40 minutes with my 6-month-old baby before the car was delivered back.
• The car was not in a clean condition when returned.
• The driver’s behaviour was unacceptable — he was rude and even threw the parking ticket at me.

Meet and greet parking should provide convenience and reassurance, but instead I experienced stress, poor communication, and unprofessional treatment. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and clarity of information.

DO NOT DO IT

DO NOT DO IT. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND HEADACHE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS WORKING IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!!!
I incurred an additional £50 fee getting my own car out of the hotel they dumped it in. They didn’t ‘meet’ or ‘greet’ us. In fact. They hung up on me every time they answered my call. Told me they assumed I no longer needed their services!!!??? What!!!??! What was I meant to do with my car!? Leave it in the departure lounge? DO NOT BOOK EZYBOOK. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY ARE TRULY HORRIFYING. I’m in the process of taking them to the small claims.

Luton Airport, easy and relax experience

It was bargain ,if we compare with Luton parking charges(£70 difference between ezybook).
I got full instructions mail how to make my experience easy.
I called them that we will be in parking with next 30 minutes. We park up , went to person on from ezybook waiting behind desk. I gave them parking ticket and my key.
On the back from holiday I called them when plane arrived, then I called them again after baggage collection.
Car was waiting for us. I went to customer service person , I got key back and I paid extra £10 but I was aware about that in mail from them .
Generally, very easy experience.
For sure we will use this service again.

Easy Meet and Greet (Bristol airport)

The drop off (at Bristol airport) was smooth as the driver was there to meet us (at 04.00) and take the car away. The return was not so smooth as we had to wait an hour before our car was returned. Also, there was no specific 'meet and greet' area to wait in. We just had to wait at the exit to the car park, by the pay station, along with a number of other people and luggage. It was chaotic as cars were trying to exit the car park as well. I will not be using Easy Meet and Greet again.

What a poor service first and last time…

What a poor service first and last time I will use this company. I contacted them to say we were 20 minutes away from the airport and was told I was late. I advised that this was due to road closure and apologised all seemed ok. However upon return when I contacted them I was told I owed a further £75.00 for being 6 days late! Why would I have only booked 5 days parking for an 11 night holiday is beyond me! I had no choice but to do a bank transfer on the spot then still had to wait a further 35 minutes for my car! We ended up paying over £160.00 for 11 nights parking total con!

Stay away from them

We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes from the first call to get our car delivered to us at Stanstead airport .We did a few phone calls after the fist contact and always the same answer ""the driver on his way",really strange as their parking is only located 10 minutes drive from the airport.The car was returned
dirty but this is not the main problem the ussue is they hire very
unprofessional and a lying dispatcher in
their office who delays drivers and mess with people's car collections.

Not a great experience to be honest

Not a great experience to be honest.

The company they outsourced our booking to weren't at the airport when we arrived, and weren't there when we got back. It would have been far quicker for us to use the offsite car parking and get a bus in over the meet and greet service we brought. When I complained, they said that it was 30 minutes from after we exited baggage reclaim before they get there.

We have to pay £15 in fees to enter and exit the short stay car park.

The drivers were abrupt and rude.

When they returned the car we heard it before we saw it and prayed it wasn't our car being driven down the ramp at top speed with the tyres squealing. We probably lost several mm of rubber in the short stay car park due to the way the driver was driving.

The car was absolutely filthy. I don't know where it was taken but it looked like it had been rolled around in the dirt.

We 100% wouldn't book via them again. But equally they just outsource the booking to other companies anyway.

10/10 from start to finish

Having used many parking services at Gatwick before, there's always been something put a downer on it. Dirty car returned, damage, waiting around for ages etc. I can honestly say that these guys are a breath of fresh air. Drop off was slick and ontime and collection they told us exactly where to meet and as we got there, our car came around the corner. Literally 10 minutes after phoning them. Car was as clean as it was left, nothing damaged and after a long flight, it was relief that we could just get going off for home. Thanks again and will use you on our next trip.

Not a Meet & Greet Service!

On departure, as instructed we called 30 minutes ahead of our arrival at LHR. We arrived, and subsequently waited a further 20 minutes to hand the keys over.

On arrival back into LHR, we followed the instructions not to call until we collected our baggage. We did this & were then told it would be 30 minutes before our driver would arrive. This is not a meet & greet service, incredibly poor & will not use again.
