Very easy booking process and Service…

Very easy booking process and Service from the company was great. Very close to airport terminal 4. easy transfer to airport through mini van. plenty of space or your luggage. Great response when receiving from airport as well. well communicated.

4 WEEKS OVERDUE REFUND (EZY-376425): Company Refuses Essential Tracking Number (ARN)

I am writing this review based on the complete failure of Ezybook's post-cancellation service and financial transparency. The refund for my cancelled booking (EZY-376425) was confirmed by their agent, Anna Anderson, on September 17, 2025. It is now over four weeks later (October 30, 2025), and the funds are still missing.

After contacting them regarding the delay, Ezybook Customer Support claimed "technical issues" but repeatedly refused to provide the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or Transaction Trace Number—the standard banking code required to trace the payment.

This refusal to provide essential financial tracking information is unacceptable and demonstrates a fundamental lack of transparency and financial accountability. I was forced to send a final formal demand letter which was ignored. I am now proceeding with a chargeback through my bank and reporting this issue. Avoid Ezybook.

Have used EzyBook a couple of times now. No issues at all. Communication has been straight forward and always got very good value for our money.

Took duplicate amount of my credit…

Took duplicate amount of my credit card, still not refunded that over 2 weeks saying they are having issues with there payments. Also cancelled booking because of this, offered me a credit or refund for original purchase. Asked for refund; haven’t emailed me back or given my money. Do not book with these.

NEVER USE!

NEVER USE! Unprofessional! Car is stored 12 miles off site. Returned absolutely filthy. On return, the driver parked diagonally in a space so when someone went to park next to me they drove straight into the back of my car, obviously causing damage. Drivers not smartly dressed in black jackets as advertised. Huge language barrier. This company is definitely NOT one to use!

Great Service

Booking made through Lion Parking ltd. Process was very smooth for both drop off and pick up. They came to pick up even though I had parked at wrong place at Heathrow. Would recommend EZY Book.
