Make sure you know what your task is worth !

The price offers in my experience were overly high and concerning.
Is there accountability for what people are charging ?.
-emailed with their customer support team, they replied promptly (note they did not get my task details correct), were defensive ,basically saying I didnt know what I was doing re price, (for example comparing a part time mover with a local courier ,of not getting the right fit for my task).
While I didnt expect their fee to be as low as the ca. $50 courier(quotes)I found the offered $500 unreasonable !.
Make sure you understand what your “task” is worth !
