I've been using this service for several year, and today I again bought a vcc but unfortunately I didn't have a canadian ip ( each year I forgot this part ), but the support helped me and even did the registrations / account verifications for me, I highly recommend, few support will go far enough for their user, and they did a quality service by doing 90% of the jobs I had to do. We understand how unpleasant this is for you but please pay attention that this is not our fee. As everyone knows, payment platforms charge fees for crypto transfers. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and we cannot demand them to remove the fees. You can receive the refund at any time by following the link provided to you by email long ago.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that you paid with USDT.TRC20 and the gas fee to get the refund is only about $7(seven), not $40 as stated by you. Please note that TRX and USD are not the same thing.

I just bought a prepaid card for 50$ and it didn't work at all.
Support managed to make me waste 1 hour of my life without providing any solution.

we are sorry that you were not able to use the card as per your needs but we respectfully have to disagree with you. We carefully studied yesterday's chat and checked the card. The card purchased is absolutely fine. Please pay attention that not all the merchants support prepaid cards as a form of payment and even those that do may accept locally issued only. It depends on the payment policy of a particular service. The support did their best to assist you in registering the card, explaining its application, providing an alternative way of making a payment since it was not clear if the website of interest accepted prepaid cards or not but they clearly stated that they did support PP payments.
