Not worth it. It's an unfair site to be honest. I got banned from a channel for no reason,no warning, and i didn't even break any of the rules. While making characters is fun. Trying to talk to people is like playing with elsword which is not good. Yeah i said it it's an adult only version of elsword.

I have had plenty of role-playing experience in my life. Ranging anywhere from 10 to 12 years of roleplaying experience, covering various fandoms, yet this website is the rotten apple of the bunch. No, wait, it's a blossoming tree struck by a lightning strike.

From administrators who have an empathy level of a robot, to users who will relish in the hurtfulness they inflict on you, it is giving all the fancy reasons why leaving is the best option.

Your own self-worth matters more than being 'hopefully' included in someone's roleplay, which could even ruin your day.

If you have a handicap, looking for selfish time, this isn't it. Your mental illness will worsen because of it.

I transferred onto this site from Sofurry and I found that the people on here are lying, backstabbing, pedos and rapists. One of them @delered, got me to share info with him on the basis of interest in a kink. He proceeded to offer me child porn and when I refused he sent them anyway. This is his profile name: Daddy James Doberman.
I tried to export the telegram logs to send it over to the authorities, but he scrubbed both sides of our chat. I tried to report this to the head moderator Twlight but she didn't care. In fact this moderator lied to me about someone I was trying to avoid. I had them on block and they approached me on two characters I knew was theirs. I submitted a ticket and the moderator told me "Your request in inactionable." why? "You don't have the user on your ignore list." And yet I did. It was the same player who's been bullying me since I got there. Not only that but the head mod, told me not submit anymore tickets unless I want to be banned, and don't claim I'm lying to you or you'll be banned. This site is nothing but disgusting people and the moderators are the worst. They're supposed to mediate and solve problems and instead they help their friends harass people they don't like.

The worst part is I can't escape this player and her friends. One of them has mod privileges and uses it to track what I create. I'm pretty sure they're even writing bull shit on my profile I can't see because I found out mods can do that.

Horrible mods. The absolute worst mods and they are so rude in their messages.
The people on the site are just super rude. Will flag you for anything. Find a better RP site cause this one is terrible.

Encouraged hate, against users with autism and who are on thr spectrum in general. The who "Block evade policy". Is a damn sham... I was banned twice, from there. Both for the most ridiculous of reasons. I was regularly mentally and emotionally abused on there... There was a lot of bad people on there. But don't get me wrong. At the same time, I met some wonderful people on there.

But sadly...
Only that can do so much..
For a ERP/RP sight. When both the moderators, staff, and even users. Encourage both mental, and emotional abuse almost on a daily base when I was there. This comes from someone, who from MySpace to RPC, to Roleplayer.me, to flist, then to second life. Second life, being just barely better. Roleplayer.me, was actually nice and fun.

But yeah.. Flist or now as I called "Ftwat", doesn't deserve its popularity or the praise it gets. Not for a long time..

Some the admins openly admitted to not liking me, because I wouldn't back down from peoples abuse.

A moderator by the name of "Mara ShadowHooves" was one of those moderators.

Openly admitted to not liking me, or openly said "I don't care to hear your side of the story, or do I really like you for that matter. Plus, not matter others like you either. So, I'm just going to banned."

And yeah the site has a pedo/neo nazi problem. It was very bad. The fact I was openly called "Sub human" in many occasions on that site for being autistic. Speaks volumes.

Oh! If you got art on your profiles there, and get banned? Tough luck getting it back..Because they won't you let you get it back, once they banned you.

This site was as bad as RPC, and that on its own says something..

Here's the thing. Despite agreeing with 99.99999% of the stuff said in the 1-star reviews, I'm giving it an extremely generous 2-star review. Why? Because despite all the negatives, the staff of the site tries its best to keep the site functional (which deserves a star), because the site actually functions neatly (all the quality-of-life features, like searching by a combination of kinks, gender, race, orientation, etc.) and it's not the staff's fault that 99.99% of the userbase is, for lack of a better word, quite ghoulish.

Now, some people criticized the site for catering to people with obscene kinks (scat, vomit, furry stuff, pedophilia, etc.). As much as I find those specific kinks highly distasteful, the site gives you the option of ignoring those. You can just avoid chats dedicated to such kinks, you can just avoid people who are into those stuff. So I won't complain about that.

But the rest? HOLY ****, F-LIST IS A ****ING ****SHOW! As another reviewer aptly put it, I've never seen a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. The overwhelming majority of the users are absolute a-holes who will backstab you, ghost you, block you out of the blue, etc. with absolutely zero remorse, even if you go out of your way to be as polite and accommodating as humanely possible. EVEN IF THERE IS A PERFECT MATCH IN KINKS AND EVERYTHING! How ****ed up is that?! You will work on making your profile presentable, put real love and effort in, approach 100 potential partners with a perfect match in kinks and everything, and you'll be lucky if 10 out of 100 actually respond to you. Out of 10, 5 will tell you that they are not interested (some politely, others less so, reminding you that you are a worthless insect who should be ashamed of considering themselves worthy of contacting their royal majesty), while the remaining 5? 1 will promise RP, but block you if you actually try to squeeze RP out of them, 1 will promise RP but go silent and just disappear (never to log in again), 1 will straight-up block you the next time you talk, 1 will give you a mediocre/disappointing RP experience (and disappear without a word after a month, or block you out of the blue without any forewarning), and 1 will give you a pleasing RP experience and become a friend for life (or join the ranks of traitors down the line).
Is 1 pleasant experience worth it for 99 lashes by the devil? You decide for yourself.
If you value your sanity, do yourself a favour, and steer clear, avoid F-List like a plague. It's too late for me and the likes of me, but if you haven't registered on F-List yet, your soul can still be saved - RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

Honestly just ignore this website, they ban you for no reason, claim to be religious to get you to 'speak their truth' and all kind of nonsense.

Complete abuse of power, complete twits without a reason.

I have done nothing wrong, and suddenly I am banned from the chat and my friends by an Admin that NEVER talks to anyone outside of One-sided TroubleTicket claims.

The reviews are correct, this website is filled with scumbags and cancerous rats. Filled with admins and moderators who want to make you jump through hoops just to laugh at your efforts and say "Nah, bye~".

Just use VR chat, it's far more civil and less filled with CP and immature schoolyard attitudes.

Where do I even begin with this dump? It has one of the worst images that I have ever seen in my entire life, and an entire consortium of kinks dedicated to the extreme. My rant is going to be long and may be incoherent at times, so give me a bit.

Let's start with their mod team, who have one of the worst systems in place. I had mentioned on profile that I would be getting busy in a bit due to having to shift to university, which they had taken out of context and assumed that I was underage, when I wasn't in the slightest, and despite repeatedly saying so and providing ID proof, they were unwilling to hear me out, and kept banning my accounts without any reason. Not to mention that they frequently abuse their power and force players to play with them lest they get banned for 'breaking the rules', which is quite literally a power fantasy for them.

Moving onto the actual roleplayers, you will never find a more wretched hide of scum and villainy, with entire profiles dedicated to pedophilia, scat, vore, gore, watersports, insects, and even IRL play at times, filled with the most elitist players that you could ever imagine, constantly looking down at you even when your profile has more details than their own. I have seen just how depraved they are and would absolutely give money to never experience such company ever again. They will get on their automatic ads and keep spamming them everywhere, but woe forbid you enter their chats to try and ask to roleplay. Oh, your introduction is too short? Sorry, not interested. Oh, I need an idea for a scene with the character I have, and you have one but don't like it, despite saying that I'd like to brainstorm? Sorry, not interested. Oh, you have written a great intro with several ideas but my brain is too small despite saying I want advanced level players, sorry, not interested. Do not get into this place for ERP or RP, because no matter what you do, it will never be enough.

This is the most archaic system I have ever used in my life, and I would rather stick to Discord ERP because goddamn, at least I can DM my player when they are offline instead of having to wait for 13 hours for them to get back on. Please, never get on this site, I would have given it negative stars if I ever could.

Its got a moderator problem... that is made worse by a police preventing you from criticism of moderation policies and decisions.

The moderators judge on politics not on policy, which allows the leftist to break F-lists own policies and moderators to retaliate against the people that blocked them.

It's an issue that is just going to continue to drive people away to other alternatives... people want to have fun escapism

And instead the moderators enforce leftists anti-Asian hate. Leftists antisemitism and if you silently try to block it and get along with your life, the moderators retaliate because you're not listening to it.

Soon it will collapse into its own political echo chamber where Role Play is not allowed.

It happens faster than people realize

F-List is an erotic role playing website centered around fetish-specific collaborative writing. The website's community normalizes treating people as expendable assets, glorifies multiple fetishes which are outright illegal in real life (and thus normalizes them), and as a consequence of both of these combined factors, encourages and propagates mental illness whether or not they actively intend to. I was a member for over a decade before I finally came to the conclusion that F-List was a bad influence on anyone's life in general. Make no mistake: The people who cry loudest about the website's virtues are porn addicts who are trying desperately to defend their outlet for personalized, customized pornography. I speak from experience because not only was I one, I was also a commission artist who fed other people's addictions. Do not join this website. It's a slippery slope that will lead into intense addiction behavior and inevitably cause you unnecessary suffering later on down the line.

This site, or the people running this site are just the worst. I got banned just because I shared the same IP address as my roommate and that was more than enough to kick me off the site, believing I was using an alternative account and I was lying about being the roommate. I had only been on there site for five months and I was enjoying it, but after this, I say the site is not worth going on to since they don't trust the users going on to there site. If I paid them, than I think they would be doing things differently.

This site is just a huge joke. Was only on it for a month before getting kicked off for some BS reasons that they thought were true but were not. I tried to fight the ban, but they just were not listening to me and for that this site sucks. So if any one wants to go on this site, be aware that they just don't care about there users and will just kick you off with out warning if they so choose and will keep you off. Also I think they hack your account to see if you are the same person or not. Maybe the person who used this laptop before me was on this site and maybe that is how the banned me. Not sure, but if that is the case then they are just the worst people you can sign up too.

Good page as a kind of roleplaying hub to connect with other people of similar interests. Create different character pages. A wide dictionary of interests/kinks/activities is available to assign to your characters. Very NSFW.
