Ordered Friday morning and it arrived…
Ordered Friday morning and it arrived at my house sat morning at 10:30am. Extremely happy with delivery time and everything was well protected from scratch damage during transit. Would definitely order from F10 in the future.

Seem to be a bit slow in responding to…
Seem to be a bit slow in responding to online enquiry and phone calls/voicemails.
This is ongoing.
I have a water pump,purchased in Dec 23 which has packed up completely.
No response so far to date.
Please F10 Marine respond to my messages/ phone calls!!

£200 down the drain? Zero customer service
£200 down the drain? Wrong item. zero communication. The pump which supplies my family home with all its water broke last Thursday. I clicked on an ad from f10 marine for a 12v pump (can prove this) but noticed on clicking buy that they were sending me a 24v version of the same pump. I immediately tried to contact them via the only means they offer and have tried four more times since. The wrong item has now arrived and I don't even know how to send it back. I have received no email confirmation of my order (good job I screenshotted the page when I bought it) and had no reply to all my emails in the five days I've been trying. This has been very stressful and I've had to order another from somewhere else

We received this order on 23 May it was dispatched 24 May and delivered to the customer 28 May by Royal Mail - note that 27 May was a holiday and no post was delivered. The customer ordered a 24V pump and that is what was delivered to her. We have received no correspondence from this customer although our phone number and email address is clearly given on the website - info @f10marine.com
We operate a no quibbles returns policy so if the customer wishes to return the item to us we are happy to replace or refund provided the item is returned in its packaging and is in good condition i.e. fit for resale

The team at F10 Marine were extremely helpful and very friendly. Some parts of the order were not quite as advertised - not the fault of F10 - but no-quibble refund is on its way. Good value and quick despatch.
