Although there was a slight error on…
Although there was a slight error on the shipping address, they gave me timely and sufficient info to be able to retrieve the parcel from the neighbouring house.
Prior to that, my technical questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.

We have checked our orders and we did not supply a Kettle to this customer. We do not sell kettles. We supplied a Base Assembly Kit for a marine toilet. The review is not about us!!

Hi Richard. Your order was dispatched on Monday 11 September at 1432hrs. This was the first business day after receipt of order., It was dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48. It was delivered to you in Bolton on Friday 15th at 1006 hrs. I accept that you should have received it Wednesday but unfortunately that is outside of our control. I hope that the product lived up to expectations. It is great stuff - I use it myself.

Hands up to this one. The goods were ordered but I was unable to locate them in the warehouse. I phoned Brian and immediately refunded him and delisted the items. A couple of weeks later they turned up! Again my apologies. Michael
Simple and Effective
Pump arrived in good time given it comes from N Ireland, I tried it on a bucket of water and it moved more water than I expected. Once on the boat the pump removed a large amount of water with relatively few strokes. I am very happy with this pump and can recommend it.
