My experience with them was flawless through and through. Great thread of communication via email which were promptly responded to. Exceeded my expectation in their efficiency and getting me a new house. Kudos to Steve for being understanding during viewing and Kelly for updating me every step of the way. Would highly recommend them to anyone willing to listen.

Very bad experience with F1rst Move Chippenham, they wasted my time and money, all together 16days to let me know I can't rent a property. After viewing, we started the application that was over several emails, over few days, it didn't make sense, letting manager requested information that I already provided when I booked viewing. Everything was very slow, if I emailed her today, I will get a reply next day. She missed my email, then next day she sent me a rude (threatening) email, I rang up her straight away to clarify things. They are using Goodlord, when I contacted the letting manager to ask help, she sent me back to Goodlord, I spent hours on chat with people from Goodlord, everyone telling me different things, very confusing. Anyway, after 2 weeks while I worked hard with Goodlord, to provide them everything they requested, a lot of stress, documents, etc, I realised we are very close to deadline, I contacted the letting manager via phone and email, unsuccessful, she constantly avoided me (she's not at her desk, she's doing a viewing, etc, various excuses from her colleague).In one occasion I rang up letting agent at the office, nobody picked up my call, 2 minutes later I rang up from different number, amazing, someone was available and picked up my phone call. I'm not sure if the manager has any idea about renting process or deliberately she delayed entire process. Goodlord did checking and references, a report was sent to letting manager, she decided to withdraw and close my application, despite other options that I was happy to go with. Very unprofessional! Highly recommended to stay away from F1rst Move!
