I live in Las Vegas, a city where we have the misfortune of hosting F1. Because of that, our roads are constantly under construction year-round. During the race, businesses are forced closed because they're within the vicinity of the race track, forcing many people to lose a week's worth of work. Barricades, lights, and stands are set up everywhere, and not only do they look ugly, they block off access to many locations weeks in advance of the race itself. Commutes that should take twenty minutes instead take an hour or more.

The money that's supposedly brought into town doesn't ever reach any of the regular people in the city, instead it fluctuates amongst the casino moguls, politicians, and bureaucrats who forced this hellscape upon the rest of us.

How the fk did max start 17th in the San palo grand prix and finished 1st with a 20 second lead . His car needs inspection 100% . I knew it was wet safety cars . But I'm a 100% red bull are hidding something there engines are rigged a million percent

The basic subscription is super limited and, for someone who travels for work a lot, Pro isn’t available in enough regions to make it worthwhile.

As a big F1 fan obviously I subscribed to F1TV and for the most part I’m really satisfied, what others complain about like image quality etc I have no issues at all, only rarely a short episode of pixelation or graining. Very sparse and lately hardly any. But what makes me VERY angry and dissatisfied is the content, both of the app as well as the streams, like now in Brazil when qually was postponed due to rain, they just stopped coverage! And this morning around the postponed Qually no Pre-qually show? No Post qually show? WHAT IS THIS??? We are paying a LOT of money so we are entitled to a DECENT SHOW!! Shame on you F1TV! This is a disgrace and a MAJOR disservice to your loyal customers, your bread and butter!!!

Most of the time I’ve enjoyed quality streaming quality and am mostly pleased with the programming offered on F1TV Pro. I mostly view replays and at times I don’t seem to get connected or picture will freeze and I need to reboot.
Often I’ve seen pictures of the race winner on the heading for a replay. Ridiculous and more than annoying to see the winner before I see the race.
I don’t appreciate that when one one replay ends, it jumps into another (seemingly random) at full volume.
I enjoy the knowledge and camaraderie of the broadcast team.
The loud distorted show intros with thug music “Come and git it, I’m the G.O.T. and your not, you can be my mascot”, irritating. But, I’m an old fan that isn’t in demographics they apparently are targeting.
Hoping that someone at F1TV will read these comments, because I haven’t seen an option for this feedback on their website.

They sold me a service that they don't have and they returned only half of the money. I paid 4 dollars for nothing. It was a scam

First of all, I love watching Formula 1 and having the ability to subscribe to the content directly from F1 has been nice. I’ve had F1 TV Pro for about 3 years and this year (2024) has been absolutely atrocious. The video quality constantly gets grainy, the production quality it terrible, and the buffering is horrendous!
Main gripe is that during some sessions the video quality is so bad you can’t even see the lap times or captioning of the radio messages, what the heck!?? Also, the production has got to improve; the commentators will be reviewing a portion of a lap or replay and because the production quality is so low they don’t even put that video on display at the time they’re analyzing it. Just a terrible product for a global brand like F1.

Just cancelled my subscription. Always had buffering issues and despite a recent upgrade to my internet connection (500 mbps which should be plenty) its worse than ever. All other streaming services I use work fine.

Note that when I cancelled the only feedback I could provide was to select "Technical issues" from a drop-down list. Suggests that F1TV don't really want to know why someone would ditch their service.

My son and I have had a subscription to F1TV for two years now, so I know what I am talking about and judging. Even though the quality and connectivity are generally not really that bad, the experience with F1TV during the report of the Grand Prix of America (October 20, 2024) leaves a heavy mark on my assessment, because both the quality of the images, the audio and the connectivity of the stream left a lot to be desired. I have never seen it so bad and that while I have a super fast fiber optic internet connection at home (the Netherlands). In short, it was all far below par and very disappointing for us, as the race had a very exciting. So, I could gave 1 star, but with the benefit of doubt, F1TV must be happy with my 2 stars...

Liberty seems to be doing its best to 1) offer worse quality YoY; 2) provide less and less connectivity in terms of servers causing streams to often drop; and 3) increase pricing YoY. It's sad to see them destroying the sport.

I have no issues streaming other services in high quality image, but F1TV Pro is a painful and frastrating experience 95% of the time.
The videos are so blurry it makes it very difficult to read the name of the drivers in the position chart during the race. And reading their times on the same chart? Forget it!
If that wasn't bad enough, the video keeps freezing and buffering. Lowering the quality of the video doens't help.
It astonishes me how horrifyingly bad this service is.

Worst streaming ever. Does never work as it should, very bad experience. And for this crp I paid 75 CHF. Never again.

Great streaming, both on wifi and 4G/5G phone! Just moved from Viasat because of costs and bad commentary. So pleased with all the options during the race as well!

Oh, this service is a real gem. You think you'll get to watch actual Formula 1 races? Ha! Think again. You won't be able watch races.

Cannot stream to my tv. There support was no help at all, admittet only apple tv works (not testet). But paying that much and not be able to stream it to your tv is so greedy, hate it.

My thanks too all the team at Formula 1, Swindon. Took my car in (YT55KXU)on Saturday morning with major brake problems. Explained my urgency to get the repairs done due to the fact i had to be back in Bournemouth on Monday. Managers response was not a problem will be ready for you lunch time and as promised it was, even though he had to shuffle his busy program to accommodate this. Top of my Christmas card list gents, thankyou, look forward to seeing you again.

Stability and streaming issues of the F1 TV app on IOS
the last few years across multiple versions of app and IOS (both iphone and ipad have issues).

The UI could also be a bit better (more intuitive) in some areas but that is reasonably acceptable. The airplay streaming stability, app stability in general, and the fact that the app does not remember chosen settings each time after it is closed on IOS, and the fact that this has been the case over mulitple releases on multiple IOS versions over multiple years, really isn't good for a subsciption app...

Also, the F1 website customer contact forms (chat moving to email due to busy customer support, and seperate email) are terrible and neither worked well in Safari - had to try to send the email multiple times, continuous technical errors, went to the chat and after the chatbot couldn't help me sending the email via a chat session also hit a technical issue (assuming the same issue).

Very bad service for a subscription service

It's unbelievable how bad Formula One has gone downhill.
I'm totally against the HALO safety system.
There I put it out there.
They are now up to 26 races with 6 sprint races, which is ridiculous.
6 sprint races to make more money.
The cars and drivers are so covered up with advertising, they unable to watch.
Every announcer thinks they have have to shout every time they describe something.
Not to mention that like every other announcer, they seem like they get paid by the word.
The newer race tracks are a complete joke, Yes, I mean all Saui races, Miami, Vegas, Singapore and China.
Last but not least, ABC has the nerve to have kids announce the race .
Complete with idiotic graphics throughout the race.
ABC should be ashamed of itself.
After close to 60 years of watching and going to three races, I'm done.
As I type ABC is loading up the 70th anniversary of Monaco and it's going to be narrated by kids.

Rip off. You can‘t send mails if somethings doesn‘t work and they charged my money two time for one subscription. Do not use F1 TV, go to Sky or something else…
