Good communication and sink I purchased arrived on time and without damage.

The glazing co supplied fab&fix letterbox within months it corroded outside glazier supplied another it too is corroding all in all not up to the weather

If I could give zero stars I would!
The sink arrived broken in 3 different parts! The box was perfect! They still put the blame in the transport company! No one recognized the damaged so I lost the money and the sink as it unusable!

Ordered a sink with them, beautiful design and material. The delivery took longer than expected, but luckily my kitchen was going to be build 1 month later. When I finally unpacked the sink, I found out it was CRACKED in 3 places and is literally unusable. The packaging had no single dent in it, so FAB Appliances sent this to me in this broken way.
They now blame the DHL for this and off course don't take any blame in this matter. Since DHL only give warranty directly after delivery, they told me they don't take any responsibility and offer me a discount.

I expected more from a "high quality store", this is not a mass production item. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!

Ho ordinato un lavandino con loro, bel design e materiale. La consegna ha richiesto più tempo del previsto, ma fortunatamente la mia cucina sarebbe stata costruita 1 mese dopo. Quando alla fine ho disimballato il lavandino, ho scoperto che era INCRINATO in 3 punti ed è letteralmente inutilizzabile. La confezione non aveva una sola ammaccatura, quindi FAB Appliances me l'ha inviato in questo modo rotto.
Ora incolpano la DHL per questo e ovviamente non si prendono alcuna colpa in questa materia. Poiché DHL fornisce la garanzia solo subito dopo la consegna, mi hanno detto che non si assumono alcuna responsabilità e mi offrono uno sconto.

Mi aspettavo di più da un "negozio di alta qualità", questo non è un articolo di produzione di massa. NON FARO' MAI PIU' AFFARI CON QUESTA AZIENDA!!!

Excellent service, delivered on time as promises, and great pricing.

Delivery took longer than expected, partly due to Covid. However always very prompt response to queries. Once shipped perfect. Would order again.

Fast delivery, efficient

Absolutely gorgeous new tap. Easy to fit too and my husband was able to do this. Great quality for the price. We would have spent much more getting a similar item from a retailer. Delivery very slow however. As we were not in a hurry this was not a problem.

There was a delay on our order as FAB appliances were waiting for new stock to come in. They communicated with us very clearly and replied to emails promptly, as well as providing updates on the status of the order. Very happy with our new hob too!

Delivered a week before the timeframe given which was a wonderful surprise! Product (induction hob) is in perfect condition. Very well packaged.

I used FAB Appliances as I could not obtain a particular SMEG Gas Hob in the UK. FAB Appliances were very helpful with info on the product. As expected, I had to pay vat etc to DHL before delivery. There was a delay in customs and there was a small mark on the product on arrival. However FAB appliances were very good in resolving - hence the 5 star rating.

We bought an Elica extractor fan from Fab in mid-2020. Unfortunately, once we'd installed the hood, we noticed a defect that meant the hood sat at an awkward angle.

When we contacted Fab, they referred us on to the manufacturer, which was fair enough. Unfortunately, Elica's UK customer support is some of the worst I've ever encountered.

And the next six months resulted in endless back-and-forth as Elica UK (otherwise known as DR Cooker Hoods) did everything in their power not to resolve the situation.

Thankfully, Fab showed courtesy and patience (long after mine had worn out). And following a few more months of them chasing Elica's local team in Italy, we finally received a new cooker hood, sorting the issue.

Sure, receiving a defective product is frustrating, but it's not really the supplier's fault. And the fact that Fab worked so hard (and for so long) to help us resolve the situation is a credit to the business.

When you receive this level of customer support, you know you're dealing with a company that really wants to deliver outstanding service, no matter the circumstance.

Bought an extractor fan extension, when it arrived part of it was broken. We contacted fab appliances and they sent a replacement. It took a while as of covid but part arrived. Price when we bought was much better than other places we had tried. Would definitely recommend them.

Everything went as expected. Good price and good delivery.

Dealt with pre-order queries very thoroughly and order was processed / delivered within 14 days. Good arrived and were well packed to prevent damage. We inspected within the required 5 days and no physical damage at all.

Bought induction hob and teppan yaki grill. Arrived within 4 weeks as expected - discussed stock issues beforehand. Really good communication, sent by Dhl and packed really really safe. Definitely will be buying here again. Also, prices are really reasonable.

The taps are lovely but I didn’t know I had to pay tax on the taps again which was £75 that’s the only thing , So that’s why I gave three stars instead of five
