She explained what I did wrong so I wouldn’t repeat my mistake again. She was empathetic and walked me thru the steps. A very helpful & on point customer service representative. If I had an opening at my store, I would enjoy recruiting her.

Have always had a great experience with with FFF! I love their products, subscriptions for products and I always have had great experience. If you need assistance with anything they are very prompt and helpful!! Most definitely my favorite is my FFF quarterly box to pick from amazing products.

I placed my order 6 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I contacted support a week ago and the lady said she didnt know exactly why my shipment was order but shed check into it and email me back. Another week goes by with no email so I reached back out to support. They said my "order was not in final stages of processing" but they still could not provide me a clear timeline for when it would ship. I asked them to refund my order or expedite shipping to make up for this extended delay and they refused both. I was escalated this issue. Dont waste your time or money on companies who cant even keep up with their own operational timelines.

I can’t support a business that misrepresents in any way shape or form. I received a discount code for a flash sale with no mention of a limited quantity of discount. I purchased a few items and on the checkout it showed the discount was applied. When I saw the charge to my credit card, it did not include the discount. When I reached out to customer service, they said only 200 of that discount was available. When I went ahead and asked for a cancellation of the order only then did they offer $10 or a mystery gift. When I then said I want to cancel my membership they offered $20 ultimately that would’ve equal the original discount, but it was for a future purchase. FabFitFun does a good job getting customers not so good at keeping them.

Not worth the price at all! I customized my box and only got one of the things that I customized. The rest of the products sent to me are completely useless to me and are not worth the price that I paid. I used to have a FFF Subscription box a few years ago and I cancelled for the same reason, but I was hopeful that maybe they had changed. They have not. Save your money and curate your own products.

Customer service is very poor. Both customer service and the wider team do not respond to queries or problems. Members feel ghosted. There are random restrictions for international members. There’s currently a safety recall on a shampoo they sold and they have not responded to member concerns in twelve days.

Edit: Customer service has reached out and kindly offered to honor the code I had used in my first attempt at renewing. I would still recommend changing your saved payment on profile beforehand, if you are renewing after a break. As it stands, there is no choice of payment for renewing, they will use the card on profile. The variety in product offerings in the store could really still use some work(especially makeup)and I wish some of the brands I was first introduced to and fell in love with would come back. But due to the customer service I have experienced recently being so good, I have decided to keep my subscription going and hope for the best. I also would recommend this company, due to the customer service being real people and real responses helping to resolve any issues.
After endless texts with enticing offers to rejoin, I renewed my annual subscription after taking a break. The promise made was a full free box in addition to the first annual box. I used the code given at the time of the order, but they charged my old card number without giving me an option to choose payment. Customer service told me they could charge new card and once cleared, would refund old card. Apparently that did not include duplicating my order as I made it with the coupon code, because I was never sent the free box. Not sure if customer service did this in error or if it's a way of the company not honoring promises. On top of that disappointment, the boxes themselves are full of products no one really wants. It's like those places that buy overstock or leftovers and pawn them off as a great deal. Anything decent is an add on and not a deal. I wish I hadn't renewed as an annual member because I'm locked in for a year, when I would really just like to cancel and get a refund for the last 3 seasonal boxes that I already assume won't be worth it.

This company has the the worst customer service experience I have ever ever delt with. One time, I was left waiting in the chat for over an hour and a half, I had two different people text me, but then never responded back to me, and when I did finally have someone (Zakey Z) reach out to me on the chat, they left after 1 minute, before I could even type out a response. I then sent an email request where again I would have someone reach out, I would respond and then nothing. This happened 3 different times through email, and 2 times through text messages. Then again when I tried the chat for another question, the person just left mid conversation, blaming their system that times out after 3 mins of "inactivity". Even though I sent a message every minute so that it wouldn't time out. It really is a sketchy company. There are so many product reviews of customers not receiving products and then you can't talk with anyone in customer service. Save your money, not worth it.
