I ordered leggings had money taken with no email confirmation or any update 4 weeks later

I purchased two pairs of legging on 22nd July and STILL have no received them in September. The money has been taken from my account and I have no email or anything to say they’re coming. I have sent numerous emails, contacted them on instagram, Facebook and their contact form online and haven’t received anything back. DO NOT ORDER from this company it’s a scam

Nothing sense money taken...emailed and contacted through social media and not one reply. Do not trust this company

I placed an order on March 30 and still haven’t received any update about the shipment. Despite multiple emails and messages sent through the contact form, I’ve had no response. At this point, I’m genuinely concerned that my money may be lost. It’s incredibly frustrating—and disappointing—for those of us waiting for our products, especially with no communication from customer service.

As with most here, I wish I had been more diligent before ordering from them. I ordered two pieces for my partner as last minute Christmas gifts. One piece arrived and is a great success. The second piece was never delivered, and there has been no response to 3 emails in over a month. I will never use them again and encourage anyone to avoid!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. One of my items took far too long to arrive, and the second item never arrived at all. To make matters worse, there’s no contact option other than email, and their customer service took almost a month to respond. When they finally did, they suggested store credit instead of a refund, which I find unacceptable since I have no intention of purchasing anything from them again.

This level of service is unacceptable for any retailer, especially one selling sportswear. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and strongly advise against shopping here.

Terrible company, ordered weeks ago, no reply to emails, no update on when the goods will be shipped out. It seems I have lost a lot of money. DO NOT USE!!

Bought a pair of black medium leggings as I thought this would be my size. They are way too small like a compression stocking. Definitely a foreign company with strange sizing. I would of ordered L or even XL for a UK s14.
I wished I'd read reviews.
I've now emailed 4 times for an exchange. No response whatsoever.
I believe they're scammers. They may well send an order eventually but SHOCKING customer service. If any???
NEVER USE THEM.

Placed an order and have heard nothing since. I’ve sent emails since my order to ask what is going on and heard nothing back. Wish I’d used PayPal so my money might have been protected. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere

Shocking service ,ordered clothing 2 weeks ago and its still hasn't even started the process ,if anyone is looking anything in a time frame,this is a company I'd truly stay away from!!! Customer service is just as bad sent them messages in every single method and not a single response, seems to be they'll happily take ur money but don't care about their services!!!Shocking company

Awful!! Took ages to come!! Didn’t reply to my emails, then they eventually turned up in a smaller size not the size I ordered!! Send another 2 emails and no reply. They took my money and sent me the wrong item and wont communicate

These are not the leggings that I got in my first order. These leggings which I got now, are not as thick fleece as I got them earlier. It is not the same as in the website pictures. This is completely ordered from Temu or Shein. Very much disappointed. Charged me £60 and sent me Temu leggings must be £16. What a shame. Nightmare service. Leggings arrived damaged and poor quality. They don't respond to communication, 4 emails went unanswered. No refund. No returns advice. They are just ripping people off. So many better options with other companies. Don't buy from these guys.

Love these leggings, I cannot find better leggings anywhere else. Delivery on time too.

I love fabfit leggings. They are comfortable, hold you in and hug you're curves. My only complaint would be that stock can be unavailable for months. I have been waiting for Medium black leggings for a good while now.
