Fraudulent Company - Refusal to Refund

Seems like I’m also a victim of this fraudulent company. I’ve been trying to get my refund since the returned items have been received by their warehouse on 15 January 2025. It has been 42 days and still going. I’ve received the same response from their customer service each time saying that it’s been escalated or they are receiving high volumes. Their refund policy is 14 days at the point of receiving the returns so this in breach of consumer rights. I advise everyone against placing an order online with this fraudulent company .

Update on my refund from the 12th…

Update on my refund from the 12th November 2025 I was not refunded until January 2026 only because my bank was about to investigate it and treat it as a fraud . Please do not send this company any money you will never see again if you return the goods .

It all started from dec 2024 winter sale.
I ordered 5 items. They came in three different parcels. one of the parcel's item doesn't match the content. one parcel wasn't arrived after 3 weeks, I contacted customer service, wondering why there is a item missing and also raised the issue about 2nd parcel. but it didn't actually get sorted until two weeks back and forth. even I videoed when I unboxed. It didn't actually help to solve the mystery. they kept claiming parcels were delivered. It turned out the second parcel and third had the same airwaybill. (first mix-up and didn't admit it's their mistake)
during the investigation, after two weeks,CS wanted me to file a form for claiming from courier UPS also with pictures with the boxes. I didn't have that as it had been two weeks. plus the boxes were intact. I didn't know why they asked for and tried to push the responsibility to courier rather than their dispatch h team.
The worst hadn't come yet, when you shop with fabiana Phillip, it should be final price, include duty tax everything. i got two tax invoices from UPS, forwarded to CS, They agreed to pay for both of them, i didn't have to do anything, this was Mid January, and Feb I got another unpaid invoice, and then it's late payment fee, I contacted CS immediately(again). same response as we are dealing with it with ups they are just very slow, and then end of Feb I got a post from Debt recovery??!! This is just RIDICULOUS, I was totally shocked and decided i just HAVE TO deal with it and pay for it myself. This is a brand with good quality of products but the customer service is unbelievably awful! As a consumer, we really don't need so much stress from a brand like this. I will never shop with them again on line. To be fair I emailed them and said i paid hopefully they will reimbursed me and after 4 days i did get my refund. I lose confidence in shopping with them anymore.

Difficult refund practices

Unfortunately, I am the latest to deal with Fabiana Filippi's poor customer service and off-market refund practices. I did not obtain a refund for a promptly returned item until I had followed up twice, and I was not refunded until after Fabiana Filippi had exceeded the 14 working day timeframe they promise for processing refunds. The store also refused to refund $70 in state sales tax I had originally paid on the returned item and recommended that I contact US customs for assistance. This seems to be a new (and bad!) policy, as I had always been refunded sales tax for prior returns to Fabiana Filippi. Their clothing is attractive and nicely made (why I'm giving them the second star) but their sizing is inconsistent (items in the same size can run very large or very small), so without a trustworthy return policy it is simply not worth the bother and potential monetary losses.

Edit: I received a refund for the sales tax after posting this review. I'm not sure whether that was part of their standard practices or because of what I posted. I'm updating from 2 to 3 stars.

Total ripoff artists

Total ripoff artists! Returned an item almost 3 months ago and still have not received refund! They send the sam bs response that they are working on it! Total scammers! Do not buy!!

I never thought that a large luxury…

I never thought that a large luxury brand would act like a fraudulent seller. Shoes were returned and received on December 5th 2023. Now, January 19th, 2024, more than six weeks later still no refund. Numerous promises, that paypal refund would be completed soon, but still no money. Don't buy online!!!!!

Poor customer service

I have shopped in the conduit Street store for many years and yesterday had a really poor customer experience. The sales person was incredibly unhelpful as if untrained to deal with customers, told me they don’t display sales good in the way other stores do and that as I can see people are not rushing in for sales goods. It was unwelcoming and has caused a pause for reflection about the impact this individual will have on customer service and loyalty.

Bad Experience, Bad Service

I Ordered for several hundred euros last Friday with Express Delivery (next day), I received a shipping confirmation too, now a week has passed and the parcel still has not shipped (!) and I have contacted them to prompt them but Customer Service is so Sleepy…. I am so unhappy with this level of bad service for a luxury brand, it really diminishes the experience I have had in your shops because this is not good enough.
