Unfortunately, only 1 of 4 pairs of shoes suits me well. The numbers are always issues so 3 of them I have to return which makes me sad because I really like your brand.
Your staff was really helpful regarding the return process.
I am sorry that you do not have a contract with any transport to return for free. If you do, I will buy even more and for sure will return less.
