Thank you for the speed in delivery , my furniture got here before Christmas and the
installation team did a very great job,I’d definitely buy from them again .. can’t believe we’ve companies who can take custom orders and deliver within the period of 3 weeks. Thank you once again ,my entire family loved the couch sets and the dinning room because of the magic your team did. Everyone can trust FABLANE Luxury home for their interior needs.

I have been scammed by this company. I bought their sofa's with a bank transfer. Waited for the delivery that never came. I contacted them and and they they never got back to me for a long time. Tried many time and they said the owner was in volved in a motor accident so there was a delay and I will my sofas soon. Did not receive them. Then asked for a refund and they stopped replying to my emails and phone messages. Everytime I call them they no longer answer

My friend was scammed. The company told her to pay off Ebay where she saw a furniture set. She asked to pay at the delivery and they convinced her to pay half by bank transfer. After paying this money, she was told that her items would be delivered in July. Fast forward she is still waiting. Please never buy nor settle with them outside of Ebay. She is still waiting for the furniture and the company is ignoring her on all platforms.

Terrible service
I find this company on EBay. I wanted to order the full Sany Nash collection furniture for my new house on de 9th of May 2024. I contact the seller and ask him if is possible to order a dinning table + 6 chair and a tv unite but I want to pay the rest on delivery. He told me that if I want to pay the rest on delivery I need to pay by bank transfer. I doubt a bit after seeing the review and that on their website u can pay later with Klarna I thought they were genuine. I pay £5750 up front and £4600 due to be paid by delivery. I ask them to send me my invoice after a week they send the invoice this tell me what order what paid and the remaining balance to be paid on delivery. I contacted them on 2nd of July to ask for a delivery date or update on my order. They replied and said that they can see that my deliver is part of the July deliveries. They will let Fatima contact me. 9 weeks after my order was place I still didnt get a delivery date or an update. I have tried to contact them from the 7th of July till the 15th of July everyday for an update because they told me my delivery will be deliver in 4-6 week and 9 weeks pass and no delivery or delivery date. They said it can take till 12 weeks depend on the volume of the order they ask me if am gonna wait or if I want a refund I said I want my order so I want to wait till 12 weeks for my delivery. The last time I got e respond for this company was 21st July and they told me that my order is part of the end July container so I still wanted to wait as I wanted my order. I told them if on 1st of Aug I didn't get no update or a delivery date I want them to process with my refund. Since then I havent hear from them again I call I email them I send them msg on all their social media and they are not responding. I ask my son to text them and ask about their furniture and they responded to him asking what he would like to order. THEY ARE SCAMMERS I still didn't get my money back or my order. They don't respond to my email or whats app or calls or even letters.

We purchased a dining room furniture set through Fablane Luxury Home in London. They shipped the set all the way to Oregon in the U.S. The shipping process was a bit more involved since it was international cargo (which was expected) but overall everything went very smoothly and their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Furniture is very high quality and beautiful. They are great at addressing and resolving any issues that might occur during shipment. I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with this company, my order arrived well packed and assembled ready to use. The lady was very polite, she helped my wife position all our furniture to accommodate the room. Very helpful.

We have received our Sofa Set Sany Nash Collection without damages. Fatima was very helpful with selection of the fabrics. Shipped direct to our home in Ghana. We couldn’t believe it was possible. Excellent service. We will come for more furniture.
