Great price, good quality, confusing delivery info
I am very happy with my purchase, a 2 door cupboard, I'd seen this range in a very expensive, high end furniture store, but they couldn't get me the 2 door, so I search the Internet and found it for sale on FableRoom at a much cheaper price i might add. The quality is great.
I would say the whole process was great, apart from when I got a notification from the delivery company, it said my delivery was from Trampoline.com?! So I was a bit worried that I'd been scammed, but my cupboard turned up, so I'm not sure what that's was about??

The courier was fantastic but the rug…
The courier was fantastic but the rug has several flaws which is disappointing. There are a few snags in the weave and a couple of bald patches. Such a shame considering I have waited for it since November 2025

Great sideboard
The sideboard we purchased is great. Robust, spacious and beautiful. It was delivered late, but one call to Fableroom reassured us that it would arrive soon and a small refund was welcome. Very happy. Will use again

Beautiful wool rug and great customer service
It's tricky ordering furniture / rugs online esp where colour & texture are important. Even more so when you've never used the company before. But it was very much worth the risk ...the rug is beautiful soft & thick & colours just as I'd hoped. Customer service also excellent replied to emails re tracking same day and rug arrived within a week.

The two men who delivered my marble…
The two men who delivered my marble table were so polite, kind and very professional. They let me know they were on there way and when they delivered I wasn’t prepared for how big my parcel was so I had not removed everything in my entry way . The two men helped me do this and they had to put up with my two big dogs , well one I had hold of one but the other one was so intrigued and stuck her long nose in one of the men’s ear while he was trying to take photographs. They were so patient and kind . Thank you x
